It's a great experience for someone who just had they first break but not for staying
It is nice to work there being with my colleagues and all but the challenging part is the rudeness of some customers . But I've learned a lot from the e.g customer service skills , problem solving skills .. I now know how to deal with such situations

Excellent learning curve
I was working with my coworkers with love and joy hoping to follow a team work procedure. I learnt a lot from that work ,nothing is impossible when you share ideas ,I enjoy working under pressure like when we have more customers .

Experience
Well I found it challenging during month ends because of the promotions that are taking place that particular days,but what challenge me most its my working place its minus 20 ℃ cold ,that makes me I'll every time . a relashionship with my coworkers its pretty good we work as a team and also communicate every time to avoid unessesary misunderstanding. I've leant alot in this particular time about retail mechandising ,until I reach that point of openning my own businesses, because I enjoy to be under the retail field.

Excellent learning experience
I have learnt a lot working at a store how to interact with customers and offer the greatest customer service. Working in retail is very challenging and requires hard work and patience. It's quite hard during month ends but I'm used to the routine. I work well with stuff and my seniors and we co operate well through team work

I'm very harding working and a fast learn to.
Opening and closing of the store, Alarm call outs, Maintenance workforce management, scheduling, absenteeism, sales, ordering, admin, stock takes, shrinkage meet, enquiries, staffing personnel, security, receiving, inter branch transaction, checking sales, purchases, profit reports, managing and overseeing all management and staff meetings. Over seeing the whole store top to bottom.
