Dear Sir/ Madam I am sure that I would prove to be an asset to your company, having a wealth of experience, gained through twenty years of secretarial and administrative work (and logistic admin clerk work as well as on projects), much of which is in the P.A. /Secretarial line. I gained invaluable exposure as a P.A. to the highest executive level at the King Faisal Hospital in Saudi Arabia and also supervised staff members in the Environmental Services Department. I enjoyed the experience of working in the Middle East but prefer a less rigid environment than the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. I am able to get on with a variety of people at different levels and across cultural and religious barriers in addition to being honest and loyal.

I can handle ccma cases
I can negotiate and bargain with union. I can well manage and facilitate relationships between stakeholders and management. I can also manage disputes within the workplace with good relationship with the unions. I can monitor and manage the disciplinary code in the work place and address grievances. I can also be able to represent the company at CCMA. I am computer literate person with SAP system experience as an advantage. I am a hard worker and a self-driven person who can work with people. I can manage and run the payroll system on a daily basis, capture and manage leave, absents and terminations. I have administrative experience and I can schedule employee trainings, book venues and, I can also conduct presentations and trainings. I can also plan the recruit rite screening process and ensure the right candidate is achieved and right process is followed. I have broad knowledge and experience of the labour relations Acts, employment equity Act, basic condition of employment Act and mining charter.

Mind challenging
As a worker at shoprite i feel im underpaid as there is no growth their and hours are fixed we get paid weekly ther's no way people can save as we basically living from hand to mouth

I'm 39 years old male, have been in retail for 8 years served as supervisor, sales manager and acting branch manager, I'm sales driven person , work well under pressure , I'm good at team build ups, motivation of my subordinate and share ideas , I work well in a team and individually, focused and meeting deadlines is my priority, always doing my best to avoid explaining my self to my superior's. If given a chance I will prove my worth to your institutions and bring a lot of experience along.

I have learn so many thing at shoprite
At shoprite I'm working with friendly people, and my relationship with coworkers is excellent. I have learn how shoprite save peoples money and the most enjoyable thing is good communication with the buyers. Since I have been working at shoprite I have not face any challenge.

To work at a place where by you don't see any future and dreams about it . Sometimes being passionate about job it's about how important or legible treatment can be , we being thankful and greatfull coz of how we are being mistreated

Great work expriance
Shoprite of Hatfield was a terrible experience for me as a Shoprite from Home Clerk. What that entailed was going about the store and shopping customers' orders, bagging and scanning them as needed and then handing them off to the driver for delivery or awaiting the customer for pickup. I was scheduled from 8-4 (paid $8.50/hr) and was given two paid 15 minute breaks. Except, 99% of the time, I never was able to take that second break on account of how busy and understaffed our department was. We could not keep employees there, nor did pulling cashiers to help us really help as they were not trained. Sometimes I was pulled out of shop from home and onto registers when the lines were long and busy. The managers and owners do not care about their employees, having banned water bottles and are willing to scream and shout at (teenaged employees over it). I have cried over being mistreated by a night manager on three separate occasions for things that were not my fault or were poorly communicated.

I am a fast learner and i can work well independently and also in groups.
Through Shoprite I gained alot of experience. I went as a retail student, where I was trained in all departments. Now I'm currently working at Shoprite. Shoprite has many workers, it learned to work in groups and also how to be productive individually. It has been a wonderful experience. I am applying for a this post as I wont to grow and also gain more experience.

Everybody has to start somewhere
it is a great way to start a new journey of life and everything... it motivates one to work hard. I've learned so much and its definitely a way of starting something new... I enjoyed working there and my colleagues where phenomenal.. even though it was a big challenging especially when you have to work under pressure and you don't have change in your till for an example... But i loved every minute of it....as I got a chance to engage with customers and for them telling you that you the best at what you do...to me it was magnified experience..
