We have good communication skills to all our customers. Shoprite learn us the way to treat customers well.Customers always right at Shoprite.I have learn to work as cashia at Shoprite. We do stocktake when needed.We do back shopping everyday.

Excellent in managing my department

-Weekend there was lots of pressure -Good working with the team -I have learnt to work well under any pressure, weather and time management -I enjoyed working with the team and also being listened to when talk to the senior -Stacking perishables stock in the fridges due to the shortage of space

To work at a place where by you don't see any future and dreams about it . Sometimes being passionate about job it's about how important or legible treatment can be , we being thankful and greatfull coz of how we are being mistreated

Fast learner

Working at Shoprite is a great thing, because you learn everyday, I am a cash office clerk, doing all the necessary banking including investigating short and overs of the company, team work it's part of my job because we work shifts when I go on lunch I must communicate with my co workers of what I have done and not. I can do all administrative stuff, finance, switchboard, at the same time we survey even cameras at the same time. I find challenges when I have to investigate the shortage of the past 6 months, definitely.

Excellent learning curve

I am nolwazi the one that need job for office profectional and i know my job for how to control a computer.iam in highly respected everytime.i managed to do work properly while i work to control at that moment as my job discription every time

Ambitious visionary

I am currently a sales rep for Gold leaf tobacco, a cigarette company. Was previously a sales manager at shoprite for a period of three years. I also worked at Mr Price in Durban the Musgrave centre in 2011 and at Pick n Pay in 2010.

Hard worker, quick leaner,

Every day anew challenge, supervisor of 5 people that work in my department exelent understanding,peoples person with any race,what I have learned book keeping,accountability, data capturing ,petty cash,filling, switch board,counting a numerous amount of money,scheduling 150 people, capturing,uif,ann-leave,maternity,leave

Excellent

It was a safe working condition and have a good salary for employees ... bai and good communication with col co employees.and what i have learnt is that you should listen to others when they talk to you and the most enjoyable moments is the chats with the manager and the supervisor

The opportunity the company afforded me to learn the new SAP system was huge for me.

With the few years I been in this company I have grown and developed into a a special individual. My work rate has impressed my bosses so much as well as my fellow employees they respect me and I respect them too. Even customers who come to purchase in our store have said a lot of great things about my work and the services I been giving them.
