I resigned at shoprite
I was working at shoprite for less tha a year and i had great time there i have learned to interact with people, and i have learned alot about customer service i also learned to coped working under pressure.

Retail management learning curve.
You open the store at 6am when your are opening manager on the day.Check all departments needs for the day report any departmental problem to the regional manager.Monitor deparmental productions and functionings .My subordinates are not afraid to approach me for any work related matters.All assistants managers helps each other.Enjoys doing store range checks an gap scans because it shapes the sales floor.Customer satisfaction especially during buzy days.
Pros: You get more knowledge of the business .
Cons: Responding to store alarm call when you are closing manager.

Hard worker
I do manage pressure..and good in team working skills and fast and active ,we daily do merchandising the whole shop.and stock movement, i learned to treat customer in a good maner and politely with respect ,i enjoy doing gap scan and stock report at sales

Experience
Well I found it challenging during month ends because of the promotions that are taking place that particular days,but what challenge me most its my working place its minus 20 ℃ cold ,that makes me I'll every time . a relashionship with my coworkers its pretty good we work as a team and also communicate every time to avoid unessesary misunderstanding. I've leant alot in this particular time about retail mechandising ,until I reach that point of openning my own businesses, because I enjoy to be under the retail field.

Customer service
I was working as cashier.my relationship with my workers was very good.I have learn how to communicate with costomers.My enjoyment was month end because the time was going fast because of lot of the customer are buying.The most challenging was the customers that does not want to listen to us they are say that customer always right

Working at Shoprite has taught me how to work under pressure is like.
Our company it's a very different company from the rest, yes it give you experience but getting a promotion is not a simple one cause people work hard and still don't be recognized
