I have worked at shoprite in assistance in reciving,scanning,customer service,data capturing,odering of stock and management of the shop. I am a hard worker who can worker under pressure,commited to his work and contribute to the profitability of the organisation
Pros: I am a hard worker who is wiling to learn new things and will contribute to the profitability of the organisation
Cons: I dont mind long hours can also do overtime and work on wekends

My relationship with my co workers is good we have good communication and unity we work hard together for achieve best in our company the company is good even though we work long hours the salary is not really good but we work hard but unity is the things that is making us to move forward and get more sales in our company's

Adaption to new things
i work with different people everyday,i have really learned a lot about customer service and adapting to this new situation.i always learn new things as i make sure that i make a great impression to each and every person i meet.i have learned to always take responsibility for my action and that a customer is always right.Teamwork is one of my strength,ive learned to work with people through all the challenges that we come across,ideas are shared everyday. A good service always increases sales,and that means the business will be doing well by then giving us the employees a chance to be recogniced and awarded. How one interacts with the customers always plays a big role on the business. what i enjoy most is seeing new faces everyday and making friends. Coming across difficult customers is one of my challenge,but i have been trained on how to handle a difficult customer without a fight,and still maintaining the good service.

Customer service
I was working as cashier.my relationship with my workers was very good.I have learn how to communicate with costomers.My enjoyment was month end because the time was going fast because of lot of the customer are buying.The most challenging was the customers that does not want to listen to us they are say that customer always right

Great learning experience
I work in a the leading retail company in South Africa where everyday has a different challenge and you need to come with solutions on your feed, to achieve maximum sales target as compared to last year. Allocate tasks to merchandisers and staff to ensure smooth business operations and good customer service. I prefer to discuss plans for the day with Co -workers and come with ways to achieve sales targets. Work independently if need arises. I have learned that failure is a motivation that says you can do better. I enjoy the fact that my work keeps me thinking and coming with ways on how to be the best, You need to come with profitable solutions to various challenges everyday. What is challenging is when I have high sales target and i can clearly see that customers coming into the store are few to reach the target. I have to come up with merchandising ways that would create impulse purchase.

I am individual whose hard worker take my job serious,will to see improvement in de company growing with high rate.I am more coporated to work even in a team willing to go extra mile with your company.
