I was working in the retail company. A company full of challenges and everyday was a different day in terms of different customers we had competitive store. We had a good close relationship with my fellow employees and united working as a team. And I learn to have get product knowledge almost everyday. Learning of to run different department or section at once. The most challenging part is whereby you find that the store blew shrinkage or running short and you as a manager must start doing investigation on what causes the store run on shrinkage after stock take. I enjoy learning new things things everyday in terms of product knowledge.
Pros: great opportunity to grow your career.
Cons: alarm call out during night.

I like working as a inventory clerk because I enjoy my work very much and I like my job.
I like working I'm a hard working I do my work good at all the times I like working with people I do my work good.and working in my company I have learnt so many things and what I enjoy most about my when I'm put work on my computer and most challenging thing it when I'm checking the dates.

Good communication
good relationship, able to work under pressure,most dedicated person, person you can work with, interpersonal,good characteristics, fast learner, good communicator, hard worker, want to learn more, i've learn that even if you don't know you must learn it, i enjoy seeing my collegues working hard where's they are busy laughing,
Pros: if i can be given the oppurtunity i will make sure i do all the work that is needed
Cons: if they say i must start i would apppreciate if they give me 8-9 hours then i can even allow overtimes

Customer service
I have learnt more about customer services and my relationship with my superiors was quite excellent and it is more challenging and I like challenges.

It's good working for big company like shoprite where you work with about 100 to 200 people!
It's good working for big company like shoprite where you work with about 100 to 200 people! Each and everyday you learn something new .. the company is hungty always looking for gteat opportunities and good sippliers i would be happy if in future i become a shoprite Big member or owning b one of my own retail big like shoprite

Good working relationship
Working with my colleagues was amazing. They were king and caring people. I for one enjoy being around people and engaging in teamwork activities. That is one of the reasons i enjoy working in spaces where i get to be around a vast number of people.

The opportunity the company afforded me to learn the new SAP system was huge for me.
With the few years I been in this company I have grown and developed into a a special individual. My work rate has impressed my bosses so much as well as my fellow employees they respect me and I respect them too. Even customers who come to purchase in our store have said a lot of great things about my work and the services I been giving them.

I like to work with people who are interested in guiding me through the process and I like my job because it helps me refresh my mind and lastly what I learnt is that I have to respect my job and be proud about it

Costumer service
My work is the busiest, as there r always costumers needing attention. Packing of stock, checking of PI labels, ordering stock, checking of outdated and expired stock.
Pros: Learning to work as a team, learning to work under pressure and excelling,
Cons: Very low wage
