I am a hard-working individual energetic,optimistic , always willing to learn from one another . Loving and caring .I can work under pressure and I am a vibrant person . Working at ShopRite as a cashier I enjoyed serving them giving the best customer service to our customers.working as a cash office clerk I enjoyed and learned a lot banking , handing over the main safe ,how to declare Petty cash ,how to receipt . opening of the shop to give the cashier's float in the morning I have learned from ShopRite and again experience.

Work Monday to Friday Good communication team work I have learnt how to clean, how to pack ,how to work with others Artisan We were working everyday ther there was only two days o ogg once a months

Great curve
Hi my name is Sihle Mdudi. I studied retail management at Omni HR. I'm fresh out of college. I have my working experience in ratail. When I did my program as part of the Shoprite Checkers development trust, I got to do my practicals at Shoprite Naledi Mall. As part of my practicals I worked on all departments. I am a hard worker and always looking to expand my skills and knowledge. Great lerning curve
Under pressure was the most important part I enjoyed I learn a lot from that how to handle a customer and be satisfied handling the store alone was the worse part cause I couldn't dived my self in other department to resolve the issue that has accord

Exellent learning curve
To assist customer for what they come to buy as perishable assistant to meet their needs nd wants. And if we work with our customers in a good manner we will be able to meet our store main targets because without them the is no store. Teamwork always last forever at all times.my work to ensure customers go home with a peace and their hearts fulfilled at all times.

Team worker
Iam a contract worker at he most with a grade 9 passed in 1998. I have worked retail,genral assistant,warehouse and general laboure with no matric. I worked for prime product manufactaer under a labour broke, and as a warehouse clerk for IEC election 2014 lastly for shoprite as a shelf packer. I.am currently looking for employment as a 37 year old school liver.

I've learnt to be a leader, to work under pressure and to work with a team even working independant.
I capture the GRV's and invoice the crates returned from the stores, also assist the suppliers in the absence of the controller and also make sure my team does well in perfomance.
Pros: The problem is human rights are being violented, you have no say when they give you instruction and the chances of you being promoted are very low, you can remain as general worker for 2 years. The good thing are they give you free lesson of life and also experience .
Cons: working 12 hours rating less and working on holidays.

working long hours with small salary,our relationship was good,i learnt to work with people,respect,be patient and work hard.relationship with my colleaque,not treating people equal.
