Working in my company it is very good and exciting, sve though it quite challenging some times but I do enjoy working with my colleagues because, I learnt lots of thing from them. I love preparing my work for the day to make it easier for My work. It is the challenging jobs because most of the time we always do face to face customer service.

Excellent learning growth in business
Friendly with co-workers but when it comes to business I was very strict. .I learn a lot in business.when you are leading you must lead with example you must be a captain of the ship. .what I enjoy most they always give you a weekly target and budget you had to push your self to make target or if it's a quite week atleast try to beat last year sale if you did make target. .the most challenging espect it's the staff member because you had to always feed them and make sure that each and every one see the business on you on way even the way of thinking they must must be business minded, they had to responsibility on business so that the ship can't sink.

Good experience,learn so much in a short period of time
Im export coordinator, work under Zambia and Malawi cluster doing both air and road freight. In the morning we apply for health certificate before we can start with the work of the day. In our group we are three members,and we work very good with each other,we make sure that work/load plans are distributed equally amongst all of us and we work together as a team Working as a team taught me how to trust other people with my work,and also be able to help others Preparing my documents on time makes me happy because i tend not to stress to much on the day of loading The most challenging aspect is when you not receiving help or support from your senior

Excellent customer service
Employees knows that customer is always right and we must tread customer with respect the services at shoprite is very good we respect each other including customers...they work normal hours every day and also they do love their work too much

Excessive experience
I have excessive experience in retail thanks to the company Im with now, I learned about diverse culture and different types of people. I'm a team player and can coach and train and also encourage staff. I'm honest and reliable, goal and detail oriented, customer and service oriented, hardworking and friendly. I want to travel less if I can get a position just nearby I'm willing to relocate.

Too much pressure
as it was a lot of pressure because i was the senior at the office all the other office staff was still learning so all the peper work was left for me to update and fill while i still have to teach them how to work

Review of my work
I am in charge of managing staff , scheduling the staff appropriately , not to over spend on the budget , to make a profit for the company , i am also in charge of placing orders and making sure production is out on time and it is good quality , the company have learned me a lot and i enjoyed working together as a team with the staff that i have

Excellent learning curve
At my work we are 5 clerk at cadh offfice, if one open in the morning two or thre shall close of which mean they will start their shift from 10h00 to 19h00. We doing banking, balancing the safe, capturing money from cashier, male them floats, attending incoming and outgoing calls, we are the switch board. I enjoy paging and reiving incoming calls especial from other stores and from customers who offers help from the stores.what i have learnt in my work is to make sure my work is pefect and finish my job in time. My weakness i use a little too much time checking my work is perfect and no mistake after every work done. We have a very good communication in my office. If some made a mistake of something we do not waite untill she fix the problem every one is incharge of every work in the office.
