Great culture
You need to plan your day a day before so that you can know how you can assist the store owners to grow their business. Have a great relationship with my employees as I have been nominated to on the Woman Leadership Programme. I have learnt to listen before you can take action. My highlight is seeing one of your employees being promoted and you being the one mentoring them. Opportunities for growth are really there and the company does look after their staff in terms of their help.
Pros: Growth opportunities
Cons: Not getting a chance to spend time with your family due to long ours.

Its okay for a start
Every morning I get to work I have to pack the stock room right which is not my job from there I have to check gap scan and see what items are not on shelf. I'm still new in the company so I don't really speak to anyone they tend to have there own circles. I learnt a different side of retail the part the customer don't think about when entering a store. I enjoy the fact that I work with house hold brands and it a greet feeling to consistently film up your shelves because then I know my product is selling.

Brilliant gaining of expertise
I am an individual who is very passionate about the sales and marketing industry and I've worked for the Sony Xperia brand and the PlayStation brand,I worked for Offlimits as a freelancer, being team leader for a Coca Cola nationwide roadshow,and I was a brand Ambassador for Nintendo, doing roadshows,mall activations and instore activations,so not only did I gain the ability,knowledge and experience in communicating and selling a brand to a consumer on a personal level and also,roadshows enabled me to do that in a crowd setting. I also worked for Miller as a brand Ambassador At present Ive been working for the Samsung brand since September 2015 ,as a Expert product consultant and its my desire to see myself grow into other avenues within the sales and marketing industry .

Excellent learning curve
I enjoy working for Smollan as an Admin Assistant. We mainly work with deadlines, my emotional intelligence has improvement. We work as a team and there is a lot of pressure especially when the field managers do not submit on time and we have to sit and wait. the only challenging part is that we rely on field managers and merchandisers to provide us with feedback.
Pros: Good compay to improve emotional intelligent and people skills
Cons: growth is slow

Pick up and learn fast
im not working at the moment i just had a baby. and am looking to get back into the market. as it is time now for me to work and be there for my kids from a finacial point i was working till i took time of to get ready for the new baby in the house as plan for the wedding

I feel empowered to help the next person whether it is be a colleague or staff member grow into success.
