The company has new ownership, and has lost a lot of clients, management keeps changing, there is no room for growth as employees. Customers are always asking if we are closing down, because there is no stock. Some co-workers we are but some we are not because they come from outside the company and been given better jobs.

Good treatment
Spar is very good store. They provide quality products to everyone that buy at spar.the manager treat their employees in a fair manner and equally. The manager they like to build team work to their employees so that they can achieve a lot in business and they take the business in upper level so that they grow faster.

Excellent
I have learn a lot of things like be friendly with people and the most thing that I was enjoying is that the are new things that I was learning everyday and the relationship with other coworkers was good and the challenges that I was facing were that sometimes I was suppose to deal with rude customers even if it makes me said I was suppose to make the customer happy in order not to loose my job
