Had a great experience working at standardbank the working environment was excellent, the people were really nice to work with and I'm thankful for the opportunity to work there.

Excellent learning curve
I feel very much privileged to be working at Standard bank. The knowledge and experience that the employees share is very good. My day to day work is to do data analysis and then give feedback on whether the business is achieving or not. My co-workers are very accomodating and understanding.They always share necessary information with me and I sometimes feel like i have been working there for so many years. I have gained so many skills, that is :programming skills,teamwork skills,communication skills. I enjoy what I do in day to day basis (analysing data).Learning the business was the most challenging part because it took forever.

Learning Curve
Great relationship with co-workers. Learnt a great deal about banking telling, sales targets customer service and cash management. I enjoy helping people with their respective needs most challenging has to be generating sales leads.

Good environment to learn
Well the environment is very friendly so is the stuff. Meetings in the morning before 9am doors open. I always had to push myself to learn beyond my spectrum so to be able to assist clients who come to the office asking something irrelevant to what I do. I enjoyed pushing myself, working there made me more interested in being a secretary.

Excellent ecperiance
I am hard working individual who works well under pressure. I'm eager to learn and show case my skills. I have good interpersonal skills and negotiation skills. Have previously worked for financial institute, currently worked at Standard Bank as Account management consultant, looking forward to join a winning. I have excellent working relationships with my Co workers,we have built a great team sprit to ensure positive and effective working environment. I'm a natural problem solver the forecast I find it rewarding to dig deep to uncover solutions to problems, whether dealing with Irate clients or solving customer queries. The most challenging aspect of my job is working flexible hours, not having straight shifts but managed to balance over couple of years.
