It is quit a nice working environment We engage with colleagues we work have fun Most challenge is month end when call volume goes high it's risky because you get tired and you are bound to make mistakes

Excellent typing skills

I'm young and talented, never worked before but have courage of working and willing to work and never take my work for granted cause I really need this job ,typing are my skill that's what I enjoy most, the challenging aspects of this job is when your forced to cross the border for attending meetings with your senior

15 experience in a Operations department processing large scale transaction processes

My typical work day would include planning for the day ahead to understand the demand trends and FTE (Full Time Employee) requirement for the day. Assess the service quality from the previous days production output to determine if the targets were met and what can be improved today to improve service. My greatest learning is to engage with employees and give them a platform to air their views about the company, working conditions, future plans that the organization can best support the employee and in turn a happy employee will provide good production levels. The rest of the day is made of attending meetings with various stakeholders which cover Finance, Risk, Operations Control, Senior Management, Customers, Sales consultants, Human Resource partners in order to drive the departmental and organizational goals

Pros: The skills gained prepares you to work in any type of environment as generalist
Cons: Requires long working hours travel especially if you have multiple sites across provinces to lead

Great growth opportunities and excellent culture

My typical day involve business meetings, coaching line managers, dealing process optimization, reviewing business drivers. Dealing with staff issues, empowering line managers on HR functions. partnering with centres of excellence on any he needs like reward for appointments and learning and development initiatives.

Cons: Sometimes ownership of business problems where HR can only advise amd business decides on decisions
