Good environment to learn
Well the environment is very friendly so is the stuff. Meetings in the morning before 9am doors open. I always had to push myself to learn beyond my spectrum so to be able to assist clients who come to the office asking something irrelevant to what I do. I enjoyed pushing myself, working there made me more interested in being a secretary.

There is a lot of suport system interms of perfoming to grow
It is a good working environment with a good infrastructure. I rate their operation as a highest level of security. everything is done so professional and effectively

Always up for a challenge
The experiences I have gained at my previous workplaces. I am able to communicate with colleagues and clients on different levels to create a pleasant environment, take full responsibility for my actions, go the extra mile in completing tasks handed over to me by a superior, help resolve disputes within and around the working environment and to commit myself at all times. My capabilities helped me gain the necessary alertness, consistency and accuracy within different working environments, be learning or service delivery.

Bank teller
At the beginning of each day we meet to discuss our goals ( service, sales and compliance). Prepare our workstations and prepare for customers. We work as a team. Each day presents new opportunities to learn and grow.

Growth
I like the fact that ever since I started working for standard bank, I have grown in terms of customer experience, customer service, how to treat customers and how to keep customers within the bank and also attracting new customers in other for the business to grow. I like the fact that we given opportunities to grow and learn more products which lets us as staff member to me marketable . thank you
