New Challenge
My role as a Specialist in Transactional Product banking services is primarily a sales position; focusing at initiating sales and performing an advisory function for new client acquisition, cross-selling and up-selling initiatives across business banking clients. My responsibilities also entail converting leads, retaining and growing my portfolio of transactional banking clients.

Good expirience
I learnt a lot with regards to dealing with customers,understanding their needs. Helping them them the best way I know. I gained a lot of expirience and I am able to work under pressure.

Excellent learning curve
It requires energy and enthusiasm. It also needs one to anticipate pressure while maintaining composure. It's a day to day a typical environment for face to face customer. Sales and customer service is the most important element. Delivering exceptional service is non negotiable while extending your hand to other departments is a mandate. There's is strong team work. I have learnt a lot of industry experience and to handle pressure while at the same time I gained valuable knowledge. I enjoyed my stay and the people around me. The challenge was to be on toes through out the years and requires one to have more energy and to be ready to travel and think out of the box.

Excellent learning curve
It was a great learning experience. Alot of different pieces to complete the picture. Liaising with internal and external clients exposes one to be able to communicate comfortably on all levels. Teaches one to retain customers. Check availability of facilitators Schcedule classrooms, trainers, learning needs Comunicate with agencies of business needs for different departments eg. General banking, VAF, homeloans etc. Get learner details and number of learners from agency Book venues, stationery, training material Arrange systems access for each learner Liasing with IT, management, finance, external vendors Payment/procurement Handover to respective departments

No growth
Enjoy working with my colleagues as we have a good relationship but the work is not good and nice, too systematic, no growth and development at all. No support form management in any way, you on your own in all you do. No sense of change in thinking an doing things, still stuck in the past and cannot go forward.
