Excellent communication skills
A typical work day starts with touching base with my team by having a quick connect. Fridays are fun days where we start the day off by playing games. I'm a creative individual. I have learnt to look for the best in every situation as well as in every individual. Each of my team members possess a strength that I match to another persons and we then work cohesively. Balancing peoples personalities, learning abilities as well as generations is a bit of a challenge at times, My team comprises of 3 generations of individuals coming from very different backgrounds.

Excellent learning curve
Working with clients on daily basis that comes with different problems. We always need to have solutions to their problem and help out.its great to work with different people from different cultures it challenges but help to grow. I love my job and I enjoy serving clients more that anything. The opportunities to learn a lot. Depending on the person.

Excellent stepping stone
I have managed to learn how to perform all functions within the card fraud space. Co-workers are amazing, friendly and always there to assist.The thing what i liked the most was that, i learnt something new all the time like a new fraud trend.

Excellent learning curve
My typical work day entails: - brainstorming ideas to digitize the tax space - review of country tax submissions - ongoing support to country tax managers on ad-goc issues raises - Training to tax managers on new implementations - Regular sessions with the country tax managers to keep abreast of legislation changes and current tax matters in country - servicing the requirements of SBG stakeholders

Excellent team work
I have studied National Diploma in Information Technology at Vaal University of Technology. I am an experienced Research Consultant working at Standard Bank Group. I am a Creative, problem solving person and able to apply customer service concepts to IT to improve user experience for clients, employees and administration. Previously appointed as IT Administrator Specialist and as Solution Architect Graduate at Ericsson South Africa. Skilled in Networking, Linux, Troubleshooting and Research. I have five years working experience of which three years was in Telecommunications Company and two years in the banking industry. I have a good communication skill, good interpersonal skills and a good computer skill. I am a hard working person, people’s person, I love working within teams, and I don’t mind working under pressure to get my job done on time.

Daily dealings with over 40 clients telephically and via email.
Growth takes too long as I worked for the bank on contract as a transactional banker for almost 4 and ahalf years with Jo change to my career. The corporate culture need someone with very thick skin and mental strength almost unmeasurable. It is not do the weak.

Excellent learning curve
My job description is to sell products to clients and give them solution to any problem they have with the banks products. Homeloans,Vehicle finance,Overdraft,Credit cards,Loans and investments.Its only 10 of us in the branch we get along. The challenge it that you have a daily target that you should reach even if there are clients or not in the branch. I enjoy a most that I meet different people daily some with complex problems and you should make sure you solve them.What I like about the financial institution is that I learnt to be more honest and have integrity.
Pros: I have a strong character now becouse of this job.And I make sure I give solutions to all the problems the client have.And always go an extra mile for clients. And know always if clients are angry shouting they not shouting at you pe ser but on the problem at hande

My employer of choice
I learnt the most during my stay and made a positive contribution as well. This is indeed a great place to work. There are ample opportunities for promotion and gaining varied experience if one applies themselves.

Stability and Growth
I work within a high pressured & dynamic environment where the order of the day is to protect the Banks revenue, safeguarding our clients financials whilst delivering superior customer service and providing peace of mind to our clients and shareholders. I have learnt that Fraud is a 24/ 7 "Always On " responsibility and an emotionally charged negative experience therefore knowing how to engage with people and display empathy, compassion, effective listening skills,keep to promises and place yourself in the shoes of clients are successful ingredients in turning a negative experience around and reinforcing trust, support and loyalty through difficult times. I enjoy working with people, providing Leadership support , servicing customers and particularly enjoy taking to customers as well as fostering a culture of great work ethic and positive employee value proposition. I subscribe to the Servant Leadership Philosophy where my main goal is to serve.
