Excellent development
I enjoy working for the company but I work too hard and I don't get the salary I deserve for this job. There id nice benefits and it is a nice company. I just hate the fact that I have to work weekends

Excellent company. I was Retrenched.
it was fun working at standard bank,the culture,environment and managers are fairly and its refreshing. however it has its own challenges and pressure like any other business. wouldn't mind going back. It's a good company to work for.

Standard bank it's a great company to work for the problem started when they change the management of which they couldn't let Sten to staff they made the bank their property which resulted I need people resinging

Excellent learning curve
Working for Standard Bank was a very beautiful experience. I got to work with customers and learned how to be patient and understanding. I got to experience the different types of people and I enjoyed that very much. I had lovely co-workers who were always ready to assist me in things that I wanted to learn in the work environment in order to assist clients in the other department. What was challenging was having to deal with very difficult clients who wanted things done their way instead of following our procedures. Above everything else, I have enjoyed my time with Standard Bank. It really helped me grow

Good learning curve
I worked well with my team because it also helped me to solve work problems. They taught me how to handle pressure and interact with external clients as well. I just tried to stay calm as possible and focus to get the job done and they also taught me to prioritize my responsibility so i have clear idea what is needed to be done that helps me to manage pressure effectively
