Enjoy working with my colleagues as we have a good relationship but the work is not good and nice, too systematic, no growth and development at all. No support form management in any way, you on your own in all you do. No sense of change in thinking an doing things, still stuck in the past and cannot go forward.

Working as a Bulk Teller taught me to be honest when dealing with customers money

Im a great communicator,great team player,i enjoy interacting with my customers,working for a bank taught me the importance of being honest.And I also learned how to multitask during month end rush.

Pros: I saw opportunities,they provide training to helps employees to have more knowledge
Cons: Banks are now going digital meaning it will cut more jobs in the near future

Not much growth , stagnant career, extremely busy. not much free time

you cannot grown you must be able to work long hours and public holidays as well as weekend to make money no support from management always given targets that are unreachable

Learning my best all way up to the top with my skills.

My standard bank company is a company that meet the customers needs and support the employees that is surrounded by the company. The company is supporting the community and making sure that the society is well satisfied. Helping the big companies throughout the financial issues and managing the difficulties and day to day challenges. We are the company by its people.

Daily dealings with over 40 clients telephically and via email.

Growth takes too long as I worked for the bank on contract as a transactional banker for almost 4 and ahalf years with Jo change to my career. The corporate culture need someone with very thick skin and mental strength almost unmeasurable. It is not do the weak.

Excellent oportunities for growth and development

Have good communication skills both verbal and written and have the ability to thrive under pressure. Very passionate and tolerant when dealing with customers as well as staff. I am very passionate about sales and customer service, have background experience in sales and customer service, worked for Standard Bank for more a decade.

Regulatory Reprecussions

in my current job, I am in regulatory so therefore it is a very intense and stressful environment as we deal with blocking of accounts and court orders as well as investigations for fraud and we receive subpoenas from Police officers requesting us to extract information for certain of our client. my job at the moment has no room for me to make mistakes as it leads to serious consequences. my typical day at work would be waiting for someone in my team to escalate something so that I will deal with . waiting for our legal managers to send instructions to block account or secure funds and pay out. I have a very good relationship with my co workers, I am always willing to help them if the other is in a jam or has high work volumes. at the moment wat I enjoy is looking forward to investigation and digging deep into a certain task. however I am looking for an environment that is less of a risk and less stressful as I believe that we are all individuals and we are not perfect, we all makes mistakes,
