I enjoy working with my colleagues and they are always vibrate and 90% of the staff members are young so we have better understanding interms of working relationship. I have learnt to understand everyone and appreciate their input on the work or the ideas we tabling for the week:s meeting. Ienjoy being a teller and I enjoy serving people. The greatest challenge at work is to understand people that you work with and to promote the oneness within the employees.

I have worked with people serving people customer service problem solving with customer's queries data capturing as well issuing customers statements. attending to customers enquiries. teller .receptionist directing customers to the relevant departments for assists sales.

I am currently furthering my studies at UNISa
worked at JD Financials– my duties include fraud investigation and SCI charge off, auditing of accounts and debt restructuring. Due to some departments closing down I was transferred to Central Credit. In 2016 I joined Standard bank as fraud analyst. My current position is in the MLSU department where I work as an Analyst. With all the experienced I have I acquired I can now say I am capable of producing excellent result in any project/task that I may be given. I would be grateful and appreciative the opportunity to be a member of your company.

Learning experience
The culture and work space is amazing, I get to learn from everyone in the office. They are friendly people, willing to help and teach. We get along and its a fun environment to be around. I have learnt account analysis, customer interaction and engagement, working under pressure. I have learnt how to challenge myself and how to push myself, multi tasking and team work. I enjoy being in the work space, learning from them and client engagement. The client aspect and understanding the need has been challenging but great because it has pushed me.

Excellent learning and leadership skills absorbed
There was a lot of favoritism within staff and managers and again opportunity for growth was dependent on who you know. People who were not qualified to get a certain position got because they were known.

In my current role I have learnt negotiation skills, project management, time management, attention to detail and excellent communications skills. I have excellent skills in Microsoft office. I have excellent relationships with my colleagues, I can say we have developed a great team to work with.

I have worked as a Generalist in different roles from HR Shared Services, Relationship management, Organizational Management and Business Partnership.
