About what i do at work
as I walk in the branch everyday I do telling, enquiries, checking consultants work and doing ATMs. I am a very friendly person as much as we all have home issues I try by all means to leave them behind as I come to work. I have learnt that in this industry I am currently working at you take responsibility for each and every thing that you do. I enjoy working with my current team we hold each others hands and cross what ever obstacle we facing. being at enquiries all customers are coming with different queries all the time so you have to be aware on what to do for the customer.

Customer centricity ,sales person ,decision making and self starter
Checking your emails at 6:00 in the morning to make sure tat you didn't miss any important information from the previous day .Checking all your appontintments to make sure that everything is in order .Catch up with the AE to make sure that you are ready for the day .Come back to the office to catch upmon emails and make sure that you are ready for the next day .

Performance target
good day I believe that i would be a great fit for your company as I have a passion for learning. I am quick on my feet and adapt to changes very quickly. I have over 4 years experience in sales with a large corporation(Standard Bank) which i achieve my performance directive/target for when i worked for the business. i am driven to succeed and will find new ways to improve. I have worked in an environment which you need to cultivate clients for the business. working in teams to achieve our business unit target was a priority

Business development officer
Typical work day is checking sales reports. Visiting at least 1-2 clients a day. Signing agreements ans submitting applications to credit.I colleague reports to me ans would delegate work dor the day and check all compliancy has been attended to. I have been a specialist for more than 10 years, managing portfolio's. Interacting with clients is what I enjoy most and managing my day and not being micro managed. Reaching set targets for the momth is challenging but still I achieve my targets.

Learning experience
The culture and work space is amazing, I get to learn from everyone in the office. They are friendly people, willing to help and teach. We get along and its a fun environment to be around. I have learnt account analysis, customer interaction and engagement, working under pressure. I have learnt how to challenge myself and how to push myself, multi tasking and team work. I enjoy being in the work space, learning from them and client engagement. The client aspect and understanding the need has been challenging but great because it has pushed me.

Excellent learning curve
I feel very much privileged to be working at Standard bank. The knowledge and experience that the employees share is very good. My day to day work is to do data analysis and then give feedback on whether the business is achieving or not. My co-workers are very accomodating and understanding.They always share necessary information with me and I sometimes feel like i have been working there for so many years. I have gained so many skills, that is :programming skills,teamwork skills,communication skills. I enjoy what I do in day to day basis (analysing data).Learning the business was the most challenging part because it took forever.

Growth Opportunities
An early day is what makes my day every day. It helps with the actioning of reports balancing of accounts and printing relevant communication that has to be signed by my team. Once all of the above has been done it gives me free time to relief my staff when they are under pressure. Being short staffed is a challenge but as a team we find a way of working around this because it doesn't help us being annoyed and upset this will definitely lead to us giving bad service to clients. My moto is working hard so we can celebrate harder. Thats what keeps me going.

Always willing to upskill myself
Working with people helped me to learn to adapt to all characters and on how to work together in peace as that’s where you get to spent the rest of your day there . Working with customers helped me built my patience level and listening skills . I got to learn to know that a customer is always right so always make sure they leave the door impressed with good service and the help you offered. Team work has also made me realize the motive of working together and to reach the organization s goals which is to make profit and build a good reputation for the organization. I enjoy making our clients happy but at the same time they can be so rude and stubborn but above all your smile and listening skills will make your job easier
Pros: Getting performance bonus every year , always encouraged me to work hard
Cons: Working on Sunday was never fun , as I miss a lot of good moments with my family and do not get enough rest
