Manage a portfolio of medium enterprise clients with turn over of R30 million pa. The clientele is very complex in at Sandton. i deal with extensive credit applications , analysing of financials, maintaing client relationship by having rregular visitations at their business operations. Meeting sales targets.

Hi high high volume of cash pay out to various clients, team work is high recommended which daily communications between management and fallow team members and what is more challenging is solve problems between two teams

Working Environment

From time to time work could be a lot challenging especially when short staff we try and work in teams most of the time and also be flexible, to up skill as well in different departments.

My employer of choice

I learnt the most during my stay and made a positive contribution as well. This is indeed a great place to work. There are ample opportunities for promotion and gaining varied experience if one applies themselves.

Excellent growth and learning curve.

A great company to work in. Very fast paced, but a lot of growth opportunities. The culture and the values of the company are very good which makes it easy to follow. The banking sector is very fast paced which means you need to constantly develop yourself by doing soft skill courses etc, which the company gave provision for. The best relationship is with the co-workers, you become more like a family.

Pros: Great place for growth and learning more.
Cons: Huge volumes of work leading to working long hours.

Excellent all round

Have been working for this company for 15 years. The salary and benefits are great however they are currently going through major retrenchments. Closing approx 91 branches across South Africa, approx 1200 staff affected.

Good working experience

group effort. There wast work, that had to be done, and a deadline for certain days. The people were warm and inviting, and I enjoyed the working experiences. Because it's a financial institution, I really appreciated the security put in place to safe guard workers, and the materials at which we had to use in order to do our work. The Management was excellent but lacked urgency when

-The interact with client giving best service and what they want. -team building were good to get to know colleagues more in person then at work. -being humble is the best thing I have learned -the is more to life then being judging at time -at times client can be grumpy at times how to deal with that client calm.
