good day I believe that i would be a great fit for your company as I have a passion for learning. I am quick on my feet and adapt to changes very quickly. I have over 4 years experience in sales with a large corporation(Standard Bank) which i achieve my performance directive/target for when i worked for the business. i am driven to succeed and will find new ways to improve. I have worked in an environment which you need to cultivate clients for the business. working in teams to achieve our business unit target was a priority

Excellent company. I was Retrenched.
it was fun working at standard bank,the culture,environment and managers are fairly and its refreshing. however it has its own challenges and pressure like any other business. wouldn't mind going back. It's a good company to work for.

Exposure to various technologies
I have learnt a lot at Standard Bank Working with various application has given me exposure to multiple technologies. The working environment is very lively and vibrant. Working with people is great because you get to learn something from someone else, you can never know all the answers, so I have learnt that asking questions is very important. I enjoy working with people because everyone will bring a fresh perspective.

There is no sense of humanity/Ubuntu, all they care for is productivity, no human care, it is not a best company to work for. One is always made to feel guilty even if you are sick. The reward systems also very unfair, if you are a blue eye girl to your line manager you will get the best reward irrespective of how less you have delivered, those that deliver if not liked will be given minimum reward.

Customer centricity ,sales person ,decision making and self starter
Checking your emails at 6:00 in the morning to make sure tat you didn't miss any important information from the previous day .Checking all your appontintments to make sure that everything is in order .Catch up with the AE to make sure that you are ready for the day .Come back to the office to catch upmon emails and make sure that you are ready for the next day .

Good learning curve. With limited chances of getting permanent employment due to high job cuts.
A day at work,consists of daily stand ups for updates and team building. The relationships with co workers is awesome.we all get along I learn alot.from sql to BI and in depeth knowledge of Data science I enjoy being with my co worker's and doing my job.Everyday I learn somerhing new. Keeping up with the certifications.The bank is always implementing new technologies which require the stuff to be certified in order to stay relevant and employable in the bank
