I am a all rounder HC practitioner with over 19 years experience in my career. I have a passion for growing my people and excellent partnering experience. I enjoy networking, Industriql relations, Problem solving, and all aspects within HR. I have since been involved with driving Diversity and Inclusion (Transformation) strategy for the group. That has afforded me an opportunity to be a disruptor within the Organisation and holding Leadership accountable in ensuring the achievement of the Emploment Equity targets and transformation of the corporate culture. I am versatile and eager to learn. I work hard to ensure that all my goals are achieved and those of the people working with/ for me. I believe in constant learning and development. The most challenging part of my role is ensuring buy in from leadership and staff in general. I believe in constant engagement and empathy.

Always ready for a challenge
I work for standard bank and have been there for a while and if and when there is a post for higher grade they call you for an interview and when they have appointed someone they don't bother to inform You about the outcome and they rely on what your T/L says even if you did well on the interview

Working for Standardbank is a great experience with so many opportunities, only if you are a hard worker. Team work is valued in this financial institution, we are always encouraged to work as a team which I enjoy a lot.

I am well paid and needed to grow by understanding other industries.
I always start my day on high note and always positive. A team player of note. I always enjoy giving solutions to my customers. Enjoying enabling my team to do work efficiently. Challenges are when I deal with systems technical problem that hinder me to give customer a solution.

I'm have effectively adapted to change and worked under some extreme circumstances yet still performed at a exceptionally high level. I (Phushudi) exhibits a positive attitude especially when dealing with such strict client deadlines. I (Phushudi) shows strength and dedication in such a demanding role yet continually seeks out new responsibilities and goals. Phushudi is an active listener and is exceptional at time management, he (Phushudi) demonstrates professionalism and a sense of calm. Phushudi provides quality work and is able to work independently but gels well with her co-workers. Phushudi could benefit from some further training with the organization of projects
