Set goals and meet target

Working here is exciting and challenging at times is stressing but you have to cope and be able work under pressure.team player and also individual,you need to reach target and be passionate about sales.make sales and do admin .do follow up with customers and build customer relationship

I like to work with people

Im hard working person at work the most funny part its when you must work underpressure u will find ur self having intentions when under pressure work is done so now u are happy with your managers making some jokes i lije working as group caze sometimes you find ur self not knowing something to its being easy to ask also to havr fun

Excellent, learning

I am well trained in the following, customer service, front desk consultant, administrative and office duties. I am confident and have an ability to work extremely hard in any department within the organization. I am also willing to get training in order to achieve any goals should I be given a chance.

Ive got excellent in customer service

Its a good place to work for nice working enviornment. Working with the customers is great and freindly co workers.ive learned that patience is key and staying hambile and calm helps you both and client.I enjoyed working as a team cause we help each other.

Very exciting and very challenging

I worked at the call centre doing outbounds. It was very challenging, hours were long but the thrill of putting a smile on a customers face was all worth it. I learned a lot and beacuse of my job I became a vey patient and friendly person I loved my job and I loved working for Telkom

I love working with customers , very passionate and love excellening in all I do

My typical work day is to prepare customer communication when we have new or enhancement on products , I review previous campaigns to see success or failure. I attend interdepartmental meetings to work on challenges encountered the previous day I have a great working relationship with the team , we share good practices and what works for our individual campaigns I have learnt a lot by reading on market trends , this has improved my communication and understanding of what customers needs are I love my job , it has made me a great communication specialist The industry is challenging as there is too much competition , one needs to be ahead of competition all the time

Good Platform to exercise my skills.

Communication skills improved because I've dealing with different attitudes daily. Excellent technical support with customers that have difficulties to connect to the internet

Learnt patience and empathy

I'm an easy going person .A team player and a good listener always. I'm not a morning person though I'm very grumpy in the morning but a cup of Coffee always does the truck and lightens up my mood for the day.I cannot stand rude or incosiderate people..I've learnt how to be patient and how everyday is not always the same .
