DUTIES AND FUNTION : To provide national contact centre to all Telkom's residential Customers To provide a communications solution by marketing and selling products and services thereby generating revenue and maintaining To provide a communications solution by marketing and selling products and services thereby generating revenue and maintaining customer satifaction. To actively grow and defend our core markets To investigate and resolve customer queries/ enquiries/ complaints to the customer's satisfaction And testing , logging faults on the faulty lines and helping customer's with the accounts and logging disputes.

Effecient and reliable employee
A TEAM PLAYER WITH EXTENSIVE EXPERIENCE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SALES, ABLE TO MANAGE MULTIPLE ASSIGNMENTS WHILE MEETING TIGHT DEADLINES. EXCELLENT ATTENTION TO DETAIL, WITH A PROVEN TRACK RECORD OF USING IMPROVING EFFICENCY. STRONG TEAM PLAYER WHO IS ABLE TO CONVEY SALES TARGETS IN EASILY UNDERSTOOD FORMAT. Qualified technician
-installing ADSL and normal lines -fault finding and fixing -dealing customers -I get fulfillment when the client is happy about receiving the dialing tone and getting internet service -challenge is not getting access to the network, being chased away by customers who reported the faulty line and then realised he/she didn't plug it, climbing the ladder at 44yrs

Excellent
A typical work day would be a fun day as well at work due to the relationship I've build with co-workers and random outings for promotions to boosts sales. I've grew not just in Telkom but in the retail industry on customer service and problem solving most importantly. What I mostly enjoy is a busy day of service that leaves customers walking out happy with a smile on their face, that makes a great productive day indeed. A challenging part of my job is when a billing issue or technical issue goes wrong of which bolds down to network or invoice issues which is can not explain at the end of day cause it is not within my field as I would be having a very angry customer in front of me.

Excellent for Experience
1 I am current working for Telkom as Senior Associate. 2 I have 7 Months experience at Telkom 3 Within 7 months working for telkom we went up from 30th position to position 1st as a team 4 I take pride in my job and i am will willing to learn 5 Personally I enjoying learning and even go extra mile bacause i know it is going to pay off. 6 Before I worked for telkom ,I was working for PE College as IT intern.

Im Ntsako joyful makondo. I have completed my n6 in electronic engineering.I have also completed 24months experience learning. I was doing faults finding,cable joining,maintenance,DC drivers and single phasa and three phase.
Pros: I am ready ready to work for company.

Patience Pays Off
I started working for Telkom in 2016 may.I was appointed as an intern,where our mentor is grooming us with different skills.I love working for telkom because I am becoming creative each day,I know how to work with most personalities.I enjoy working with my team because with them I learn many things everyday.
