Very good ptospects

It's been a good experience working in Telkom. The only problem is the growth problem that I found myself in an stagnant situation , despite my experience and dedication I am showing since I joined the team in KZN.

Good for experience though not good for recognition

The company observe the labour relation law of the country and it support the employee's wellness as well as company good policies which are very accessible. Telkom is a very nice company to work for,it promotes culture tolerance. The company is very good in training its staff and it has its own training colleges and once you are trained,its easy to face any challenges.I enjoy my job so much and I share my experience with my colleagues.

Ive got excellent in customer service

Its a good place to work for nice working enviornment. Working with the customers is great and freindly co workers.ive learned that patience is key and staying hambile and calm helps you both and client.I enjoyed working as a team cause we help each other.

Excellent learning work environment

Everyday learning something new Good relationship with most of my colleagues I learned that it is important to part of team group we help each other with the difficulties in our duties I love to help clients that have problems you make sure you help them with respect while smiling at them Taking extra miles to make sure the problem will be resolved before they leave the office. Most challenging part of the job is when the issue that you escalated has never been attended and you need to take action but knowing that You don't have access of the system and wish you could have it and be done and the client wouldn't have to fight for the matter that was supposed to be resolved by then.

Qualified technician

-installing ADSL and normal lines -fault finding and fixing -dealing customers -I get fulfillment when the client is happy about receiving the dialing tone and getting internet service -challenge is not getting access to the network, being chased away by customers who reported the faulty line and then realised he/she didn't plug it, climbing the ladder at 44yrs
