Company on a progressive journey
My time at Telkom has been rerfreshing. I found it to be a company that has experienced a paradigm shift from 8 years ago when I first interacted with them. They have recruited well and are now a dynamic business.
Pros: This is being set up as a company of the future and will offer exciting prospects to employees.
Cons: None come to mind.

To always keep an open mind and never anything for granted
I have the greatest joy of getting up to go to work, at 6:30 am already presenting sales peach to my team for each day before the go out to the field. We do peaching circles as give each other positive thinking and everything the day has in store for us. What i have leant the most is that treat the company you work for as your very own, every one strive to acheive greats thing for themselves and their Company so put that mentallity The most challenging is customer dissatisfaction because it shows us me that we did not put 100% somewhere and it also motivates to regroup and strive for excellence
Pros: i have great travelling allowance plus great benefits
Cons: the feeling of belonging, i enjoy all opf my days

I have great experience in sales and customer services experience
I would like to know as to how much salary I really need to get since I have been working for the company for the past 6 years . We sell mobile phones, lte services ; adsl and fiber services. It’s wonderful working for the company wonderful benefits; wonderful people we working with ; it’s a wonderful team. I have learned that when ever you get to work you need to leave your problems at home since work is our other home.
Pros: A lot of people wish to work for the company and it’s not easy but with me I’m so lucky o love the Crm system which we use to process the orders
Cons: It’s long working hours but it pays at the end of the day

Excellent for Experience
1 I am current working for Telkom as Senior Associate. 2 I have 7 Months experience at Telkom 3 Within 7 months working for telkom we went up from 30th position to position 1st as a team 4 I take pride in my job and i am will willing to learn 5 Personally I enjoying learning and even go extra mile bacause i know it is going to pay off. 6 Before I worked for telkom ,I was working for PE College as IT intern.
Pros: Hard Worker

Alot of experience gained
A typical work day: * early morning stock take *processing of mobile sales *assisting customers with queries * afternoon cash up of daily sales Relationship with co-workers * we have a good relationship...we work strong as a team and help each other out when help is needed... * I've learnt a lot in the time that I've worked at Telkom such networking to get sales , meeting new people while doing on the road promotions...visiting factories and massive companies explaining how good Telkom is and how it can benefit our customers. A our store ( Stanger ) we are a very small team but working together put us second in the country for our mobile sales... If requested proof of my sales and feed back from customers can be provided as a reference of my excellent customer service. The biggest challenge I face here is being new and the youngest...but through my hard work I've built up my own client base and I carry the bulk target of the Stanger Mobile sales.
Pros: commission paid daily for certain devices sold
Cons: Travelling...as I reside at Verulam in Durban...travelling 198kms daily is costing me to much

Strategy Excecutor par excellence
I have the capacity to translate complex strategic ideas into executables. Highly dependable and reliable and maintains a good relationship with colleagues across the different levels. I do enjoy working in a dynamic environment and I am a also of a view that business fundamentals are a consistent guide for success irrespective of the industry.

Excellent learning curve
I studied public relations. Currently completed N6 in 2018. I was studying at western college in Randfontein. I'm a hard worker. Hire me and never regret!

Telkom experience
We deal with clients everyday complaining about our service...we log the complaints on our systems and send in thru to technicians..the management is nice but not all of them ..the people i worked with is humble very much goal orientated and very much sweet...the most challenging part is being screamed at by rude customers you have to keep your cool no matter what.the most enjoyable part is when we relax all together lunch,sports etc. Thats when we all happy.
Pros: permanent staff get promotions
