Great working experience , good learning environment
Telkom helped me gain alot of information , I was able to learn to efficiently and to able to multi task at the same time. My manager allowed me to take role of leadership if she was not available. Those opportunities allowed me to grow as an individual. Working with mature team also helped me gain confidence. The working environment takes great importance in time management and working hard but in smart manner I enjoyed the working with different customers every day being able to solve their problems also was challenging.
