i would really like to work for a company that is diversity, understanding different culture and people. putting its people first than the company and be able to engage everyone no matter the level is.

Pros: not been macro managed but have to deliver on the output of your work, whether working from the office or not
Cons: Distance is a problem, stuck in traffic

It's been a learning and lots of skills attained being in the management position

Theit is the team work that makes everything to be achieved easily. The sacrifices have to be made now and again in order for the expectations to be met achievement the best thing I have enjoyed

I'am willing to learn and to enjoy it to take a challenge

I'am working at Telkom from 8 till 7 pm. Working with customer and sale contracts, assistance will billing and finance enquiries, assist with problem with phones and give information to customers. I love to work with my co-workers and help them where I can. I learnt to control stock and order stock, also to respect people and listen to them. I also stand in if my manager is not at work to assist Customers, and co-workers. I enjoy to work and take it very seriously and like that everything must be updated and perfect.

Pros: I open for promotions and to work hard to get there
Cons: Long working hours and work every weekend

I started my career after school in the commercial devison, numerous promotions and grate opprtunities to learn in the customer service enviroment, moved on to the technical devision, where my skills were developed more, had great opportunities and experience that I will for ever be grateful for

Have customer support experience as well as good troubleshooting skills.

I have a bachelors degree in IT and a national diploma in Computer systems engineering. I have over four years experience in the IT industry and believe that the experience that I have acquired during my time as an Application support analyst matches with the requirements of the post that I'm applying for.

Telkom is a diverse company wher one can learn a lot of things and have more experience not in one departmewnt but in all the areas of learning like starting a project from start to finish.
