Good customer service
I'm an very opportunistic young man who knows and capable of providing best customer service. I'm a hard worker i make sure i deliver what's expected out of me. I Love working with diverse group of people. I'm also a fast learner.

Excellent learning curve
I am currently employed by tje foschini. The reason that i would like to leave is because i am seeking better opportunities and growth. I am a fast learner. I love a company that has system and would show me how they want things to be done.

I Have gained quite good experience
I treat everyone with respect and dignity, and always handle myself as a professional at work, I provide excellent service to both internal and external clients. I am a supportive person to my colleagues and clients as well because I like a working environment where one would not be afraid to come to each other when they have problems, I like challenges. Through my life and working experience I can say that I work well with team members, because I have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and I can also work well under pressure because I plan and manage my time effectively. I have the ability to maintain confidentiality.

Good
TFG is an excellent company. I just felt that I needed some growth, something new that help me improve my skills for the future. I am always driven to learn more because I'm young and I try to gain as much as experience as possible.

I basically taught myself everything with no training whatsoever
I basically started as a 72 hour flexi and I work hard to prove my worth and at the same time learn as much as I can about the business. I made it a point that every single day I work I would always go home having learnt something new. From that I derived a formula of how to improve my knowledge and also teach my fellow colleague's at the same time. Since I was new and had no Retail experience my employers always overlooked me for promotions and I remember having to teach my 2 new managers how to run the store efficiently. In 2017 August I finally was given a chance to run the store on a care taking role and I workedy socks off again to make sure that the store was always 110%. I had a problem with my Daughter and needed to move closer to her and the company wouldn't let me take a transfer.
Pros: It's a big company and ha's a lot of division within
Cons: They have absolutely no incentives and do not appreciate good work.

Exciting, Challenging,Values
At Foschini Queenstown i became a motivated, ambitious and energetic person who has developed mature and responsible approach to any task that I undertake or situation that I am presented with. Excellent in working with others or as a team to achieve a certain objective on time and with excellence. Everyday holds new challenges and it is a friendly environment to be in. Friendly staff,you have a voice as an employee and your opinion counts.

A very humble company
Foschini is a very fun company to work for. The manangers in all departments that I have seen so far always trying to make things fun at the workplace. The relationship with my previous co-workers were always about looking out and motivating each other. Patience is one thing you need to have when dealing with difficult customers and hard work pays off. I enjoyed all the functions the company has for anything that come up for eg. valentines day or pyjama day or anything to make the day exciting. The challenging part was convincing customers to make payments on their accounts especially when the customer is not working and going through a really tough time.
