It is very hard to apply for other positions
I started working for the company as credit advisors since 2006 ,moved to the administration section in the same department and back to collections after 2year but only got a Team leaders position in 2015 it took London and hard work to prove that am worthy a higher position.
Pros: Am currently a flexi Team leader

Learning curve
It is a good company to work for. The company is very customer centric however not really employee centric. I feel that the company needs to provide people a fair opportunity to grow wothin the company.

Good
Not to bad. Great place to learn but no growth if you dont know certain people. Working there is fun as you talk to different people all the time. Managers are friendly and helpful most ot the time. Working hours are bad though as you mostly work the late shift

Excellent learning curve which offered invaluable experience.

Learning to learn different people and attitudes.
I work with customers I get a chance to meet with lot of different people and I manage to give them the customer service they deserve because thats what I'm employed to do. I really love my job.
Pros: You get a chance to grow within the company and also get an opportunity to learn to work with people

Great learning experience
I have been working for the Foschini Group for just over a year now. TFG's culture is really amazing; most people are friendly and warm. I have a good relationship with my manager, and co-workers, and I have learnt how to deal with difficult situations and confrontations. My duties and responsibilities have certainly grown over the past few months. I am now more involved in decision making and am working on a project that requires a lot of my knowledge. The most challenging aspect of my job is that I work in isolation. Not many people have knowledge in risk management and it gets difficult when I need advise or need to bounce ideas off people.

I have reached the ceiling and need more duries
A good environment and excellent hard working agents. Got excellent growth programmes and very friendly people to work with. Teaches you persiverence to take on anything and grow yourself. Excellent training environment to set you up to be fully compititint once hitting the floor.

Great experience
I decided to join the retail industry just to know the feel of it , it is a very nice environment to work in but I still recommend call centre because it is the only industry I spent most of my time in. my experience within my workplace is very good it boosted me so much because I use to sell things over the phone without the knowledge of what axactly is the client doing but now the customer is just in front of me so I know full attention is on me . My co-workers are very good to me, they assist where I struggle and they also learn from me few things like selling skills and customer service skills. The most challenging thing is when you work so hard to meet your target but you get other people who cause the whole team not to meet target because they don’t mean their individual target but I guess it needs team spirit to change such situations.

Excellent learning curve.
Working at TFG is fun because of the people working there, but there is no growth. As we agents we feel like we are neglected in some way, they never call us in a meeting to ask if we are doing great, all they want is stats from us. They don't care if the file is bad, but working at TFG it's great you tend to learn to sell variety of insurance products.
Pros: Great opportunity for me to gain experience.
