Cons: I am used to working long retail hours yes. providedly we'd open store from 9am to 18pm

Good

Fast paced working environment, friendly staff members, was in a tomorrow's leader programme last year and over the last 5years learnt that accounts are important to have for credit record purposes as long as they're kept up to date and learned how accounts work. Though I enjoy helping customers understand how their accounts work, my greatest challenge was to convince the customers that not willing to listen or learn more about how their accounts work.

Pros: Great working relationship with coworkers
Cons: Targets are sometimes difficult to reach

My beautiful work industry

I work in a very beautiful environment with great souls, a typical day at work is doing makeovers and traffic stopping customers..... my strongest point is link selling and cross selling, my co-workers also make it easy to do my job because we help each other and love each other like we're brothers and sisters which has taught me skills of leadership and supporting each other I enjoy making big sales when my Chinese customers come to purchase ,they always buy products in large quantities which helps me reach my turn overs the most challenging aspect of my job is when its when there is no feet in the store,eish that hurts me the most because I love making sales and meeting my target so if that doesn't happen, it hurts me

Pros: making big sales nad getting big promotions which push sales and helps us get a nice bonus at the end of the year
Cons: working long hours especially december

Good Experiance and opportunities

I Am one well driven who give all to working environment. I am Flexible, fast learner, easy approachable,if given tasks finishing them on time. I am very good at doing Stores Admin as am currently appointed to do the stores Admin. I have been appointed by the Manager to be her 2nd incharge because she sees potential in me. I think i am the best candidate for this position because, My Strenghts are: I am a hard worker , very punctual, trustworthy,and as well as organized. In my Group If there are targets to meet i am always the 1st to meet the targets. Weaknesse/s are: i panic very easy if i see no work is done. Ability to grow within the company .

Great phenomenal learning

I'm able to work independently, as well as within a team. I have good interpersonal, presentation, communication skills and good analytical skills. Excellent problem solving abilities. Knowledge of system performance methodologies along with hands on empirical monitoring. You get used to working under pressure and display initiative be persistent: accept rejection, be energetic, adaptable and welcome new challenges. Able to perform at a high level of accuracy, be organised and able to meet deadlines. Lastly willing to perform standby duties on a rotational basis

Pros: It's a good company as they always expanding.
Cons: Long working hours and next to no work life balance
