Excellent leadership

Working at the Foschini Group is fast paced and exciting. The company has 18 sister companies, where you can shop. I have an excellent relationship from staff to senior management. There's lot of pressure in terms of achieving results. I have learnt a lot, their culture is different. What I enjoy most is the customers and growing staff. Teaching and empowering people to he their best. The most challenging aspect is changing peoples behaviour and the way they look at things.

Excellent listening skill and learning curve

It's a friendly arear. Everyone is willing to help each other. I've learnt that its important to alwaya given an ear to someone else and work as a team.helping each other to have more skills of handling objection . To be accurate in team of "time". I've learnt to be responsible of what ever I'm doing at my own as individual and as team

Pros: I was working as a night agent i was then offered to be working a day

Excellent learning curve.

Working at TFG is fun because of the people working there, but there is no growth. As we agents we feel like we are neglected in some way, they never call us in a meeting to ask if we are doing great, all they want is stats from us. They don't care if the file is bad, but working at TFG it's great you tend to learn to sell variety of insurance products.

Pros: Great opportunity for me to gain experience.
Cons: No growth

Tackled office related work such as admin there and supervising

Worked good with both coleagues and customers and its one thing that made me feel my presence because it kept my daily targets enhanced.bhhhhhhhhhhhhgfffgagahahhababshshbsbabahahabbabababhabababba

Pros: I Worked Permanantly
Cons: I am used to working long retail hours yes. providedly we'd open store from 9am to 18pm

Learning to learn different people and attitudes.

I work with customers I get a chance to meet with lot of different people and I manage to give them the customer service they deserve because thats what I'm employed to do. I really love my job.

Pros: You get a chance to grow within the company and also get an opportunity to learn to work with people

Leant to working well with team and communication skills

Im work as Telemarketing sales agent and some days you face challenges whereby customers wouldn't want to listen to you or evej give you chance to pitch but you must objection handle and turn declines to a sale. My relationship with my team is very good we are a very small team so we assist one another where we can as for co workers in the call centre im sure everyone knows each other especially in out department (insurance). This position has groomed me with telephone etiquette and Customer service skills including communication skills and listening skills. I've learnt hiw t9 work as a team and resolve conflict. We usually have completions at work that i enjoy and working with my team members. What's challenging about my job is that we are sales department and we work on targets and want reach more than 100% because we also want incentives every month and i prefer making target before time so that i don't work under pressure.

Good Corporate Culture

Daily responsibilities include: • Application of statistical tools to create store turnover forecasts based off history and other variables to create “bottom up” Merchandise plans as a point of reference/comparison for Merchandise planners. • As the custodian of stores, collaborate with various functions of business to create and implement strategy relating to new or revamped stores. • Using BI tools such as Tableau and Power BI, improve work efficiency by consolidating business reports. • Provide extensive reports (routinely and ad hoc) to all levels of the business • Liaise with our Operations Department, Store Designers, Visual Merchandisers, Merchandise Teams and the Distribution Centre to ensure store needs are met to operate efficiently • Ad Hoc projects varying in scale of impact to business
