Working culture
Depending which area you work in, certain executives can make you working life hard and are not appreciative of the people they have. You also need to be part of a particular crowd if you want to build your career in this company.

I learnt to take responsibility when am doing my job and how to handle different customers
My experience in the company helped me for being responsible and it was nice loving what am doing and also willing to learn more in the fielď of work and being hygenic at all times ,also time managenent. And my colleagues were good, advising alltimes
Pros: Yes opportunities i was willing to be because i was in charge when my senior colleague was not at work or on a leave off
Cons: 40hours a week 8 hours per day

Solid South African company with well known brands
Frequent resturcturing has a negative impact on employee morale and raise questions about job security. Good opportunity for further education or job rotation. Well known brands.

Communication skills and
I worked as a plant operator for three years and i achieved a good operation skills i enjoying working as a team with others. I enjoy working overtime when needed. It helps me to learn a lot how to operate and maintain a plant

Bigger company under financial pressure. The focus becomes more short term and the immediate results are weighng in heavy and assets are used as cash cows.

Extremely challenging
No routines in place, no systems or standards in place. Difficult for older employees to change. Management not open to change or doing things differently. Poor growth opportunities. Poor communication.
