Working very hard but not recognized. A better understanding with fellow employees. Nit to expect better results from management, learning automatic machines, always you to perform evn with a lot of machines breakdowns.

Great exposure
It is backwards because all decisions are made by EXCO who only sees their way. They don't trust experts they hired. Individual manaey get away with it. It has old technology, benefits and policies. they are very behind compared to their competitors. Wellness was only introduced a year ago and even then, it it no fully fledged offering for all employees. they are a long away to catching with other organisations on this offering.

I had a great relationship with co-workers, being able to work together as a team
I had a great experience and a great relationship with the co-workers. We were able to work together as a team and reach out to our goals. I enjoyed working as a Quality personnel ensuring good quality on raw materials, finished products and packaging. I have learnt a lot from this company especially things associating my career. I have learnt more about Quality control and quality management. The most challenging aspect of the job was to be able to work under pressure since the was a lot of work to do.

Wonderful Learning Experience
A Good Day would Consist of A Cup of coffee and emails, setting up a to do list. some laughs to lift colleagues spirits as we treat each other with Family more than anything. Lean't how to work in an open plan environment, communication skills, and how important the finance department is in the growth and sustainability of the company. I enjoy problem solving and Achieving targets set within the Team and department. customers are the biggest challenge as personalities and beliefs clash, at the end of the day professionalism needs to be maintain to achieve targets set
