Good skills development

I work well in a group and also alone when working with projects. I always finish my projects in time with available resources. I am a smart and a hard worker. I like challenges, learning and developing new skills. Your company is a good place to develop and showcase my skills i have acquired in my career.

I did cranes, welding, machine repaires and instalation and repairs.

I did my apprenticeship at transnet from 2015-2018, as i was the first to trade test in my group i am a very fast learner, energetic, and work very well under pressure with a to do attitude. Given a chance to prove my self i would apply all my skills and knowlege, where by i did maintanace, repairs, basic welding, PLC, fault finding etc. Looking forward from hearing from you. Experience gained

I am a self-motivated hard-working young African that always strives for the best on duties assigned to me. I believe that nothing is impossible if a person is well informed and has the right attitude and qualities at their possession. Through my determination and hard work I believe I can achieve my goals in life. Having worked with different kinds of characters I am able to relate easily. I will always ensure that my continual quest to further my career serves my employer and always be a company asset. My experience working as Training & HR Manager at Transnet Port Terminals

My current work environment is highly unionized, and it requires that one be abreast of recent developments, in the Employment Relations landscape, and the whole HR fraternity. With this in mind, one is able to craft strategies including labour leadership and even engaging employees in matters that will affect them directly and indirectly. I have acted as the HR manager for both business units, and it did not come easy, but consulting levels above my current grade as well conducting research on challenges facing the business, has been the best method ever. Excellent practice on meeting jobs requirement.

I'm doing maintenance planned or unplanned,breakdowns,fault finding,I have learn how to work with many people different environment others got lot politics issues but we do manage to work together. We practice everyday to work according to the schedule if you struggle platform are there to assist you to meet the job requirements.
