I am currently studyng at varsity college,i am doing Financial Accounting
I view myself as a self-disciplined person, spiritual and having ability to demonstrate a good team and I can perform duties required and exceed my expectation, I am an individual person who is willing to learn. Wish to build on and take on available training studies, would appreciate the opportunity of being party of your company. I have a good relationship with my co-workers, I am a people person I get along well with people, I enjoy working with people. I have learn so much working in this organisation, I work with deferent suppliers I also have a good relationship with the suppliers, I have learned to be patient and be good at what I do at all time. Though work it can be stressful sometimes but I have a way of dealing with the busy schedule, I can say I love doing my job, and I excel at what I do all the time.
Pros: i believe i will grow in your company and learn new things within the organisation.
Cons: i dont have a problem working long hours as long as my work is done and finished at the end of the day

Excellent learning opportunities offered and on the job training while studying
*completing modules with practical theory * Machining on milling machine and manufacturing on the centre lathe * on the job training (learning programming on Cnc machine Fanuc) * Going for short courses I.e welding , first aid and fire fighting * house keeping everyday * working with others while we learn jig and fixtures

Excellent learning
I have a great skill of welding , Also I was a( SHE) health and safety environment , I do care of my safety and people who are working with me, I am the best, and I have NQF level 2 production technology I did it for one year at cape gate , I am a qualified welder who can also lead them for company growth ....... . I am innovative person

Excellent learning curve, team work, problem sloving
i loved working in Transnet, we had good working relationship with my co-worker, we used to collect money and eat together sometimes on Fridays, we helped each with work, I've learned that people leave their problems to home and come to work without problems, there's also team work, typical day its when we have to work until late because sudden audits, and also having to take files up and down during audit. we used to get gain share every after three months, i enjoyed both my jobs as a contracts admin and vendor master admin, and they valued my opinion, we used to presents and appreciation.

I regard myself as a Leader (with morals) and not a Manager that respects all races, genders and ethnic groups, thus earning respect from co-workers and clients. Has a broad understanding of Security Operations and reduces crime statistics as part of key performance area. Typical work day consist out of client engagements and confidence assurance, scrutinizing supervisor reports to ensure protection of assets/cargo and brand, implement proactive measures, redeployments of in-house and contracted security, optimize the use of resources, and effectively implement cost saving measures. What I enjoy the most is that every day has a new set of challenges to resolve effectively and efficiently. It is great working for current company, however I am seeking new and challenging prospects. My motto is: the work is not done if the required outcome is not reached.

Learnt so much in terms of logistics
I start work 15minutes before to analyze the work for the day and plan. I communicate with co-workers about the expectation from senior management and customers. I have a good relationship with co-workers and as well they have good relation with me. I have learnt a lot in terms of communication, leadership, reporting and presentation skills to mention a few. My challenging moments is when we have challenges in reaching the expected target and need to report to customers and senior management. The good moments is when we are ahead of target allocated to us by both management and satisfying the customers.
Pros: Reliability; focus; communication skills are required to be applied.
Cons: Longer working hours and working under pressure.

Quality process expect
I enjoying working on quality department because I have experienced lots challenges on the processes tha gives me a huge picture on how to handle the same processes on the coming issues. Team work as well was a key position I played as I was a quality manager and good leadership skills. I learnt how to work under pressure, how to handle quality issues on the production line and the disputes on quality by using quality requirements or standards.

Good customer relations and a team player
On a typical workday i start with going through my emails and attending the meetings. This helps me to get to plan the day ahead, getting my ducks in a row in the form of scheduling the sub-tasks. I also ensure that the resources and tools are available and accessible before starting the day's task/project. With almost 10 years of experience there is so much that i have learnt ever since i started working for the company. That includes amongst other things design, project and product management, quality management, engineering processes etc. I enjoy attending meetings wherein we conceptualise the designs, be it the locomotive, trucks and coaches. Furthermore,i like the part where we plan, strategise and do the scope of work for the product we planning to design and how this is going to be monitored and controlled.
