Learnt so much in terms of logistics
I start work 15minutes before to analyze the work for the day and plan. I communicate with co-workers about the expectation from senior management and customers. I have a good relationship with co-workers and as well they have good relation with me. I have learnt a lot in terms of communication, leadership, reporting and presentation skills to mention a few. My challenging moments is when we have challenges in reaching the expected target and need to report to customers and senior management. The good moments is when we are ahead of target allocated to us by both management and satisfying the customers.
Pros: Reliability; focus; communication skills are required to be applied.
Cons: Longer working hours and working under pressure.

Time Management
I have worked as HR Practitioner where I have been a Generalist, which I had to report and submit reports and be able reach due dates. I have learned to prioritize my work to meet deadlines
Pros: Transnet is a very big company which has many opportunities for people who want to grow
Cons: One has to work extra time in order to meet targets

Locomotive maintenance
I Porela Rally Phaho has trained at transnet for three years doing fault finding on locomotes ,wiring panel and three heat,electronic, fixing pneumatic switches, valves,traction motors and shaft alignment. We did overhauling on 6E locomotives,18E,10E and 36E.
Pros: Great opportunity of training and promotion
Cons: 7:30 To 15:30 daily

Good place to passby in my journey
Interesting at times but it has become routine now as I am aware of all that I need to do and when. An ordinary day at the office maybe be boring then suddenly become exciting due to the varied requests that come from management. That just gets one from being bored to really excited in a wham.

Excellent technical background
I am well developed individual who is so selfish driven to reach greater goals. I am a hard working individual who works in isolation in standby duties also work with the team in projects. I supervise large team in projects and meet dead lines in time. I am looking to learn more and believe in new challenges. I am looking forward to exercise my strength in this post hoping will have an opportunity to deliver. I am able to work under stress where I am currently based i drive daily to the section and work more hours in an isolated area but able to deliver good output.

I learnt how to manage and run continuous improvement projects, data analysis, process mapping
Iam Khongelani makhuvele, hard working person, who is willing to work under pressure and to provide for the company through the use of my hands and my intellectual skills, I have team building skills, I understand working with different of different characters. I'm willing to develope my skills further,I started my career at transnet port terminal as an industrial engineer trainee, The skills knowledge I have are as follows, cadaver analysis, running continuous improvement projects and process mapping During the course of training I enjoyed relating theory into practical situations The challenge that I experienced it was communication during the project, my team members had fear when it comes to commutation.

When I learned to work on diesel and petrol engine.
On normal day I start with my inspection on my standby plants then I do my maintenance on hydraulic equipment and inverters. When I encounter any problems ill have to see to it I find the solution before the end of the working day.

I an learning a lot everyday
I joined Business Connexion on the 11 November 2004 and I was working as a buyer until 30 April 2013. Then on the 02 May 2013 I joined Transnet as a senior Buyer and I am currently working for Transnet. I work with tenders and managing the contracts. My relationship with my colleagues is good and we share ideas on daily basis

Quality process expect
I enjoying working on quality department because I have experienced lots challenges on the processes tha gives me a huge picture on how to handle the same processes on the coming issues. Team work as well was a key position I played as I was a quality manager and good leadership skills. I learnt how to work under pressure, how to handle quality issues on the production line and the disputes on quality by using quality requirements or standards.
