Compliance of people with safety rules, no fatalities, and no injuries to employees, Cons: Non compliance with the safety rules and regulations, poorly maintained equipment, Poor house keeping, fatalities and injury, poorly maintaned infrastruture, invisible signage, enviromental spillages, poor trained employees on the sop's and their jobs.
Pros: Pros: Doing everything corncerning safety issues working on safety challenges. And working with employees that comply to safety rules
Cons: Cons: Doing all the inspection and finding no answers where there is problems that are not visible and working with people who does not comply on safety rules and the management that does not give support.

Good
I am thuli a young graduate from icesa as a diploma in accounting. I am very dedicated to my work, I can work under pressure, as a team and also individual. What I enjoy most to work alone there's no presure but it also good to share views what other's think come up with new ideas. Am good with numbers not good in group of people talkative people I love my work

Excellent place to start my career
Goodday My name is noluthando im a qualified female turner my training was done in transnet T.E bluff I can cut v threads internal and external, square threads inte+ext , long shaft, Bush's gears in milling...and more. I can use measuring instruments such as micrometer internal and external ,dept Mic ,verner, callipers all most all engineering measuring instruments. I can work a lathe ,milling,horizontal grinder , hand grinder,CNC horizontal boring machine ,CNC lathe and CNC milling ,I can tap , radial arm and I can do blocking up . I'm 25 years old but I'm very passionate about my work and I'm always on my toes I wouldn't know it all but that doesn't mean I'm not capable in my field I love a challenge that why I in a man's world . I'm available immediately and I hope you can see potential in me and contact me soon

I know how to use the machine like center lathe nd milling machine and am ready for work now nd i am hart worker and i will respect my workers and if u ar give me this job u won't regret because everything it will be in a good hands. Great experience
To work at Transnet is a great experience and I learn a lot in terms of communication because I communicate with a lot of people during my shift e.g. maneger, supervisors, machine drivers and also department of planning by communicate with all of them I will run with no difficulties and meet my target, but it's challenging when machines breakdowns because I'm no going to meet my target.

Cons: long working hour's but very enjoyable

Working with a team can lead you to being open minded.. Make a use of people around you
There's nothing beautiful that working as a team sharing ideas so that you can reach the target of the day and do more and communicating with your team makes job easy for no forgetting the first rule when working with machines and tool you must WORK Safe.. Safety comes first that's what I learn in transnet you must observe in your work place before starting to work do visual inspection before turning the power tool or machine on. What I enjoyed there mostly was doing maintenance, repair and replace that was the most interesting jobs
Pros: It was a great opportunity for me to be there in transnet even though we where complaining about our stipend but we never drop cause we know what we want.. That's why there's say that says when you get an opportunity you must grab it
Cons: We never real had a problem of the time that we are knocking out it's fine but to start 7 makes everyone in the workshop late cause in winter we are afraid cause it's dark
