Excellent company
Experienced and excellent company that takes care of the needs of their employees. The company does a lot of community service as well as training youngsters. It has given me the opportunity to become an aircraft maintenance engineer. I am extremely grateful and experience because of them. I have a very good relationships with my coworkers due to my impeccable people skills. My work days are usually very busy and filled with challenging tasks. I have learned how to manage my time and deal with challenging tasks in a stressful, pressurized environment. Most challenging aspects are dealing with troubleshooting in a time constraint environment.

I did cranes, welding, machine repaires and instalation and repairs.
I did my apprenticeship at transnet from 2015-2018, as i was the first to trade test in my group i am a very fast learner, energetic, and work very well under pressure with a to do attitude. Given a chance to prove my self i would apply all my skills and knowlege, where by i did maintanace, repairs, basic welding, PLC, fault finding etc. Looking forward from hearing from you. Training is good we work with senior artisans and technicians to attand breakdowns,shutdowns,general and preventative maintenance on all plant equipment. Do housekeeping and job card.

Excellent learning
Provide information to customers in a contact centre. Gather and provide relevant information to contribute to contact centre problem solving. Handle a range of customer complaints in contact centre. Access and use information from texts. Work with a range of petterns and functions and solve problems. Write/present for a defined context. Collect and record information queries and requests from customers.

Excellent learning curve
Currently working for Transnet as Millwright,my previous employment was in Newcastle under company called Arcelor Mittal that Wher I qualified as Millwright I then moved to Richards bay under company called BHP billion of which it South32 now I was there as Maintenance Millwright also
Pros: I work as normal Person attend all required work making sure all the service and maintaining is kept under company rules making sure all job cards has been filled,if I am running breakdowns making sure the time I utilize it at a correct manner to avoid long delays then after hand all to the next coming shift as required, I do enjoy learning all different types of work since I do not choose what to do and what not to do I dedicate my self when it comes to doing my job
Cons: I do not mind working long hours specially when my shift has passed knowing I left a breakdown and I havnt find a fault l actually dedicate my time and stay behind working till I figure out the fault and the impact of it

The company treat employees equally
I was working with people who are interested in working and open minded it's was nice to have them and I learnt that respect is the most important thing in life.
