Great experience
Work is too much pressure eevn unnecessary unnecessary targets,the relationship is good,ive learned to be puncual..the most I enjoed the social events.the challenging part is to work long hours ,especially Saturdays and holidays

Excellent learning curve
I am a go getter and can assure you that if I am given an opportunity to be appointed at your company, I know that I will settle in quickly as I am a fast learner. I am a strong, independent and hardworking individual. I diligently apply to tasks given to me, and work well under pressure. I am generally considered a friendly and open-minded person.

Teamwork makes dreams work
I've learnt that working in teams helps with productivity and working with happy staff works even better.. My responsibilities are showing up on time, knowing all the trends e.g. men's, kiddies, ladies and teens, the make-ups, fragrances and all the promotions must be implemented by me. The most challenging part is when the payday comes and you find out all the work you put in, doesn't remunerate you to have a comfortable life, the main reason for taking my range of skillset and experience would be a salary which must be not less than R1000. Happy staff, more production and more revenue to the target for the company. I've learnt that working in teams helps with productivity and working with happy staff works even better.

Learning curve
I'm currently employed on casual basis for a retail company as Service Desk Consultant My daily duties is to assist with cash collection,process of transactions, attending to queries telephonicaly and face to face,performing daily administration work. I'm energetic, flexible and honest and would like to be given an opportunity to show care my skills .

Have enthusiasm in a company make sure we work as a team we are the problem solver nothing can stop us we don't let any llome stand on our way or we don't let any one to fall alone we do things as a team

Great step foward
Truworths is a great company where you gain experience quickly and u learn a lot in a space of 2 months but the only problem that occurs is that the staff doesn't have the heart to the best for the company and we always fight because we are loosing our battles

Superb learning
Truworths it's a very good big company through out the world anyone could wish to work for,however there are lot of challenges and great experience, Relationship at my company with co-worker it is not good at all,though I have learnt so much e.g leadership,,good impression towards my stuff.

Learning curve
I have learned how to communicate with customers. Know how to prepare for hanger count, preventing for stock loss and keep store clean. I learn new things each and everyday. I am a hard work, team player and i love challenges.

My current employer
I have an experience of more than 5 years working with didferent customers and a typical day for me goes by ensuring the neatness in my place of work , checking if my products are presented in a manner they could attract customers and do stock taking. We having a very good relationship with my colleagues because most of the goals we achieve are through working together and thats where teamworks spirit comes from and I have learnt so.many things within my place of work. I have learnt to respect my work and most importantly my clients and I enjoy serving customers with my best service and would come back for a repeat visit. Most challenging would be the curve of meeting the target as it doesnt remain constant but we working hard towards increasing our sales on daily basis
