I am able to multitask

I am such a hardworking individual who is more willing to learn new things and I have a good working relationship with my coworkers..I learnt so much from the business and there are manuals that I've been certified with by the business... And I really enjoy being part of this business as it has grown me so much... Like any other business one of the challenges we come across is stock loss but I've never been beyond the company benchmark.

I'm eager to learn and succeed when given the chance.

Personally I feel like truworths is a decent place to work in and anice environment. The pay is okay, just about enough to get by but if your merely looking to get past the month and nothing more then I'd suggest you apply with truworths and see if you can get a higher position. ed beyond normal mearsures.

Excellent learning curve

We assisting customers and offers them a good customer services and do the administration work and see to it that we going all out so that a customer must get more than his expectations

Great experience

Work is too much pressure eevn unnecessary unnecessary targets,the relationship is good,ive learned to be puncual..the most I enjoed the social events.the challenging part is to work long hours ,especially Saturdays and holidays

Learning curve

I'm currently employed on casual basis for a retail company as Service Desk Consultant My daily duties is to assist with cash collection,process of transactions, attending to queries telephonicaly and face to face,performing daily administration work. I'm energetic, flexible and honest and would like to be given an opportunity to show care my skills .

Pros: Great customer service experience
Cons: No open space for promotions or permanent

Have good enthusiasm

Have enthusiasm in a company make sure we work as a team we are the problem solver nothing can stop us we don't let any llome stand on our way or we don't let any one to fall alone we do things as a team

Great step foward

Truworths is a great company where you gain experience quickly and u learn a lot in a space of 2 months but the only problem that occurs is that the staff doesn't have the heart to the best for the company and we always fight because we are loosing our battles

Teamwork makes dreams work

I've learnt that working in teams helps with productivity and working with happy staff works even better.. My responsibilities are showing up on time, knowing all the trends e.g. men's, kiddies, ladies and teens, the make-ups, fragrances and all the promotions must be implemented by me. The most challenging part is when the payday comes and you find out all the work you put in, doesn't remunerate you to have a comfortable life, the main reason for taking my range of skillset and experience would be a salary which must be not less than R1000. Happy staff, more production and more revenue to the target for the company. I've learnt that working in teams helps with productivity and working with happy staff works even better.

Pros: Enjoy my visual merchandising role
Cons: A small remuneration and long hours.
