I have grown a lot within the company. I archived a lot the company thought me a lot about the retail .. I grew a lot in the company . Learned a lot about customers and in their interests .

Excellent working environment
Management is very good and supportive. I've learnt to work independently. I have been working with the team for a few years. I enjoyed working with the team, we were like family. I also enjoyed going out with them to discuss work. Also the free training I received from management.

Hurd working fast learner
It was a nice place to work in atlest I earned something even thought it was not much but I managed to pay debts I'm great full for working at truworths it thought me a lot to be strong and be responsible especially with money

Customer service
Working in retail it's big challenge and also fascinating .what I love about retail is giving customer service ,merchandising and that we meet different people with different cultures everyday .It teaches me how to approach customer in a professional ,friendly manner for them to feel welcomed.With the team work that we have with my colleagues it's easy for me to handle the pressure,I enjoy working with them because they are helpful and supportive.I wish and hope to find a team in future.i am passionate about retail and I love working with people.I love working at that store because it's a great company that sells fashionable clothes that accommodating everybody

Provided everyone with opportunities to grow and learn more skills with in the company
it was a well structured branch with great team work and management. employees where eager to learn more and work hard to develop themselves with in the company. it also housed opportunities for people to elevate their work and performance. it was really challenging at best for every day was a different learning curve.

It's always exciting to work with customers
I ngoyi sive a hard worker at my current employer I work 7-8hours a day.i am able to work with everyone in my company I have good communication and corporation at all the time.i have learned that I must always obey the terms and conditions of the company,respect each other,putting the company first all the time.i enjoy communicating,sport and knowing new people and smiling face all the time.challenging aspect to differentiate between people and adopt

Love to merchandise and do visual displays, train and develope staff, opening of new stores.
Daily floor walks. Interact with staff, check how they are doing. One minute management. I have learnt every aspect of the business including admin, elements, Mac. I enjoy merchandising, training of staff and developing them to greater heights. Dealing with difficult customers, but we achieve our goal and satisfy them.

Excellent learning
I always calm down in every situation, working on a retail is not easy but I always humble my self and try to treat all the situations in a fair manner. I respect all my colleagues and able to learn and share. Am a team worker that's what I've learned most and multitasking. I enjoy making the customer happy, I love solving problems. The most challenging is long hours of standing.

Retail company that only focuses on long service employees. Good working conditions,great working opportunities and self orientations. Good management team and also good working relationship with fellow colleagues
