Excellent experience gaining opportunity
Truworths is a company that allows team building and working together to achieve one goal. There is a lot of customer engagement. Everyone understands and respect one another, we like a family. What is most challenging is month ends when it is so busy and you do not even have time to go for lunch but because we are a cohesive team, we pull through that. I love working with customers and its fulfilling to see a pleasant smile on their face.

Good
Being part of truworths employees has thought me I a lot of of things. I work with a friendly group of people that I always learn new things from them. We work as a team to ensure that our customers receive a very good customer service that will make them come back again to the shop. Self motivated and I'm a very innovative person who like to bring new ideas within a team.

Good place to learn,experience and master
Nice company it is you get to learn lot of things and new things daily,and opportunities are broad.I enjoy working with customers and tackling tough situations and leaving people happy and not being afraid of challenges.

Good learning experience
It is really a nice place to be. It helped me to gain yhe right skills which is communication skills, customer service, cash desk and E-commerce. This has been a wonderful experience.

Good communication skills
I am good in working in teams. I enjoy working fast. Am a good communicator with people, I enjoy giving my colleges ideas and have to ask for help if needed . In truworths I learned about customer service,how to solve conflict to work in difficult space when the store gets busy

Excellent learning curve
It is a good place to gain experience, you even make friends with the people you work with even though there are lots of politics and conspiracy. It's always war between the staff and the management, making professional issues personal battles. What is also concerning about the retail industry is that anyone and everyone can be easily replaced and forgotten, even after many years of serving the company so its advisable that one does not relax in it.
Pros: It is a good place to gain working experience, learn a lot and meet different personalities.
Cons: There are too many politics within the staff and management.

Customer service
Working in retail it's big challenge and also fascinating .what I love about retail is giving customer service ,merchandising and that we meet different people with different cultures everyday .It teaches me how to approach customer in a professional ,friendly manner for them to feel welcomed.With the team work that we have with my colleagues it's easy for me to handle the pressure,I enjoy working with them because they are helpful and supportive.I wish and hope to find a team in future.i am passionate about retail and I love working with people.I love working at that store because it's a great company that sells fashionable clothes that accommodating everybody

Provided everyone with opportunities to grow and learn more skills with in the company
it was a well structured branch with great team work and management. employees where eager to learn more and work hard to develop themselves with in the company. it also housed opportunities for people to elevate their work and performance. it was really challenging at best for every day was a different learning curve.

It's always exciting to work with customers
I ngoyi sive a hard worker at my current employer I work 7-8hours a day.i am able to work with everyone in my company I have good communication and corporation at all the time.i have learned that I must always obey the terms and conditions of the company,respect each other,putting the company first all the time.i enjoy communicating,sport and knowing new people and smiling face all the time.challenging aspect to differentiate between people and adopt
