I would love to learn about the company and grow to become a manager
Dear sir/mam I am a 26 year old unemployed South African who is currently job hunting.I worked at truworths for 3 years and I enjoyed the time, experience and everything I learned on retail and sales.I had I good relationship with the people I worked with and I would go back if I can.please give me this opportunity to grow within this company. Thank you
Pros: I started working as a flexi,after a year I applied for a permanent post which I got.the opportunities are there if you willing to put in the effort and lead by example.
Cons: I would work long hours like 10-11 hours if there is a demand, I would volunteer to work extra hours because it paid me well.

Excellent working inviroment
My relationship with my co-workers was very professional and loveing i had the best times with them. I have also learned alot from truworths like working on sync.ect
Pros: This is the best opertunity for growing in a company

Greener pastures and innovative working environment
I'm hard working person, I always strive for excellence and open to new ideas. I'm currently a best collector and one thing that keeps me going is to connect with the customer and offer a best customer service at all times. I learned to be a team player and my communication n listening skills has improved a lot. We share ideas and my challenges is that I hate losing especially when my performance drops at work.

Working together as a family, product knowledge and customer service
We learn to work together as a team and more as a family because we are always together. We learn how to treat people in a well manner that makes them want to come back again and again, we ensure that merchants are well kept after and we can easily provide company knowledge to customers. We know the difference in our brands.

Great learning experience
Retail is a very broad and interesting industry, where you get to put customers first before your own concerns. This require a person with a long heart and who is able to deal with difficult customer. And able to deliver the best customer service for the sake of the company performance. So in this area I have learnt to take business as business and able to differentiate personal issue and business.

Excellent experience gaining opportunity
Truworths is a company that allows team building and working together to achieve one goal. There is a lot of customer engagement. Everyone understands and respect one another, we like a family. What is most challenging is month ends when it is so busy and you do not even have time to go for lunch but because we are a cohesive team, we pull through that. I love working with customers and its fulfilling to see a pleasant smile on their face.

A learning experience
It's a company that makes sure that it's staff are trained at all the times. It keeps on following up on staff trainings to make sure that staff offers a best customer service to customers. It believes in customer first.

Great learning experience
I wored with a wonderful and hard working team, we were like family, doing our best to see the best and for the store to be the best. I have learned quit alot be it merchandise to banking to packing and being consistent. I enjoy engaging and assisting the customers, meeting different people everyday and getting to know them and help them with their style and of course learning from them.

Best core workers
Customer service is keen and my core workers are good people.. Learned lot of things especially when you work with different people's . Enjoy working at stock room.
