Filling receiving calls etc
I was working at university of Johannesburg and I was working as an office assistant ,I work seven days a week starting time 08:00 am to 16:00 pm I learn a lot there about people how to communicate and treat them I love working with people and I always do my work as preferred I enjoy working with people because it makes me to learn to share views and share everything I end up having friends and colleagues at my work up untill my contract end I will be very glad I can the same work and People thank you

Academic
My experience in HR Administration at University of Johannesburg has equipped me with the knowledge and skills as well as the confidence to apply for the above vacancy. I have grown to be very passionate about serving others through Administrative in the educational institution here at university and having the experience in Community Engagement here at UJ Community Engagement as the Volunteer champion through the occasional events has equipped me with the communication skills through engagement. The concept of excellent service is particularly important to me and I believe through my unique skill set, energy and the strategic leadership of the departmental head, and invaluable contributions from other team members within our department in general, we may be able to exceed our monthly targets, key among them being customer retention and satisfaction

Excellent learning curve
I enjoy working on this environment because i am not being micro managed. I function well in an environment where i am given opportunity to do a work on my own. My good interpersonal skills makes it easy for me to work with my colleagues. I have realized that each of my colleagues has that unique contribution towards my work. Each work environment has its politics but i do not allow politics to disturb me to carry my duties. I actually uses then to my benefit to perform better. The good thing about my work environment is that there is no jealousy. Everyone focuses on their own goals and their work. we complement each other and always encourage each other. The other good thing about this work is i can do most of my tasks at home. The challenging aspect is that you have to plan very well ahead. No one is there to micromanage you. You have to have good time management skills

Excellent
I’m ambitious, enthusiastic and talented individual with a Keen eye for detail and a fair for accounts. I’m competent in the use of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint, willing to undertake further training and development and possess a real desire to launch my accounting career. I am capable of working within a fast paced and challenging environment, and can make a real commercial impact as well as improve an employer’s business performance. I'm a fast learner, leaving by a motor don't give up. believe every problem there is a solution.
I have learnt that working with people it's not an easy but you need to learn how to come them down and find a solution, the most challenging aspect was a problem of network, computers will lose network and clients wouldn't understand that, the solution came to use our smart phones since we have wifi around.
