Excellent learning curve
The environment is great for learning as you have well experienced superiors who guide you all the way. You also get to work with specialist in various fields which drives you to even work more hard. You may be reporting to people who have studied to a doctorate which requires you to always be on par.
Pros: Great opportunity to gain experience and learning in-depth
Cons: Less room for mistakes

Good exposure to working with different age groups
I get to the grounds at 16:00pm and and check which players are there and not, then help the coaches set up the grounds. After all the logistics are done I go to the office and sort out the administration for leagues and any upcoming matches. It has been a great exposure because I work closely with young coaches, under 13 players and their parents. The greatest part of my volunteer job is that I get to deal with player's conflicts, my child psychology module gets put to practise at the same time one learns how to handle young kids from all different backgrounds. One of the greatest challenge up to date has been dealing with difficult parents who only care for their child forgetting that it takes a village to raise a child and other children are more stubborn than others
Pros: Gaining Early experience
Cons: Knocking off at 18:00pm, only to leave after everybody else and making sure the all the equipment are safely packed then use public transport

Great learning curve that has added value to my career development.
It is a learning experience working within the company. I have learned so much in terms of managing projects. One would mainly be involved in following up with projects to ensure that relevant stakeholders are adhering to the set project programme. Although not a very positive working environment to work in, the workers keep a professional working relationship. The job comes with various challenges, especially when the project does not meet the targeted date. It teaches one to interact well with people to whom you are providing a service to.
Pros: One is exposed to endless possibilities to further your studies.
Cons: Management does not keep a good cultural environment, thus causing staff to be demoralized.

Good working environment
On a daily basis during the week, mostly 3 or 4 times a week for 3 hours a day, I go to work and assist 1st year students in all difficulties that they may experience in Financial Accounting and Pastel Evolution and Partner. I work with the lecturer of the module and directly with the learner's. My communication skills have improved, ability to speak in public and social skills as well. Also my computer literature has enormously improved. I enjoy all my students proceeding to the next level and year and having to know that I had contributed a portion of the progress into their life's. Fortunately they aren't any challenges in my job.
Pros: Growth in the industry.
Cons: None

Research and teaching experience
I spent my normal working days engaging in Independent research and teaching activities for undergraduate students. I built networkswith colleagues within my department and outside my department and I was able to coordinate a successful research leading to scientific research outputs. I believed with good teamspirit we can solve any problem. I enjoyed sharing and impacting knowledge. One of the challenging aspect is managing the different abilities among my students always proved difficult but gratifying
Pros: Great chance to develop and proof myself in the industry
Cons: Inadequate research facility to carryout objectives with set time

Fast learner
Passionate, Dedicated and hardworking individual with ability to give the very best effort to any given task. I am also reliable, thorough and unafraid of challenges, as I believe that, without them there would not be opportunity for growth to individuals as wells team. I have the ability to easily adapt, interact and establish sustainable relationships and with people from all backgrounds in a professional manner.
Pros: Great Opportunity for promotion
Cons: Long working hours

Very good professional development
It is a generally good company to work for giving one employment stability. A typical day for me includes team talk in the morning, contnous interaction with students of all levels requiring assistance from operational guidance, technical help, training and mentoring.Plenty of technical work. I have managed to build both an internal and an external network that assists me in meeting my responsibilities. I have learnt the power of being a solid and well rounded professional. I enjoy interactions with both student and staff. As with any organization that has people and authorities at different levels, politics are a major challenge.
Pros: Stability of employment
Cons: Reach ceiling in terms of career development as non academic staff
