Excellent learning curve
I work shift every day get two days off. My relationship with my co-workers is good i work both individual and in a team. I learnt any aspect of the company and how it works. I enjoy talking to the customers and my co-workers The most challenging aspects of my job is angry customers swearing at me for no reason.
Pros: I will like to be a team leader one day
Cons: Be in the same page with my co-workers even if we disagree on other things but at the end come with a conclusion.

Excellent learning curve
I am currently employed as a Corporate Account Manager at Sirefilan Communication (Vodashop Cresta Mall). My extensive experience makes me the perfect candidate for this position as I have the ability to connect with people from various Business Units and motivate those individuals to deliver on project requirements. I have learnt a lot from this company, I have learnt to communicate with different customers .
I do not think I am being paid fairly at this company. I have worked for more than 3 years now but my salary does not change. sskiped years without increase.

Excellent platform to learn hard work
learning new things each day. learned how to master team work because most of the time we were working in teams. we did some travelling but mostly we did field work around town. promoting is quite a challenging work because when your promoting it more like selling. You have to have a way of attracting people to listen what you have to say then get them to sell the product that you are promoting. field work is challenging these days because people always think its a scam. even though this job was somehow challenging I never ever got a chance to complain because I have a very intelligent team. my co worker's were the best. we also worked with our supervisors and that made our work easy because they would show you how all the work is done.
Pros: lot of travelling which was exciting and made me eager or looking forward to with the people perhaps different from umtata residents
Cons: we worked 8 hours per day on weekdays and off on weekends.

The company is growing rapidly.
A great company to work for.The company is growing rapidly. Room for growth is minimized, alot of new implementation on other products. Most of the staff are out sourced
Pros: You get to meet people of different culture, travel alot, bring in new business
Cons: Some the management skills are not right. Slot of people want to be the boss

Great company great perks. Leaders listen to your people
find that its extremely important to model behaviour that is exudes moral values.Whilst my previous employer thrives on policies of code of conduct the policies however fails the subordinates when misconduct comes from leaders. My relationship with co workers has always been one of nurturing and guidance

Spreading my wings
I love working with people and have enjoyed my stay and growth at Vodacom but I believe its time to render and pursue a new job. I have been working for Vodacom from my days as a learner and believe its now time to explore what the world can offer.

Great learning curve, but no room for growth, no support to grow into other roles
working at Vodacom has been a great experience, my job is extremely admin intensive, I am always on the go and always working under pressure. I have been given so many responsibilities which are not on my job description but I have managed to successfully undertake these and work efficiently, I do not feel motivated working at Vodacom, hence I am looking for another opportunity where I can grow with the company, where I will get the support of my team members and managers, in time be groomed for e better position, I am looking for stability as I am studying as well
