Working for the these company is good when coming to experiencing new things everyday, solving difficult queries and very challenging on checking fraudelent clients, verification of their documents.

Lack of support, no growth
The Lack of support, no growth. The most challenging part is customers keeping calling in for the same issue that has not been resolved and once it's reported there is no change of improvement. Working with the colleagues is most enjoyable and also solving customers issues at 1st contact of call. I've learnt that even if there is lack of support, use your own initiative to assist customers to the best of your ability to solve their issues with the knowledge that you have been trained on.

To be well equipped and knowledgeable
I, Nomvuselelo Patience Mahaole, am a 28 year old hard working and professional lady with great customer service experience. I always strive for excellence and complete every task allocated to me. In my five years of experience in sales and customer service I have always delivered and made sure my company maintained an excellent image and reputation I was appointed as a sales team leader which gave me a chance to motivate my team and made sure they all reach their targets which benefited a company in great measures financially. Pros: It demanding to meet and greet customers.. But one has learned to master that as it's required.. Challenges comes every day though we are trained to be professional and do out best to finish all tasks allocated to us
