Get paid less money while working long unplanned hours.with un planned shifts and relocation that they don't take note of the expenses we have.there is high poor communication .if out spoken you are threaned

Advance in customer care

I do know more about customer care and i love working with people showing respect and to deliver service, ro make sure that customer are happy and be the best asset in the company

Problem-solving skills

I always exceed expectations in the role of a sales associate. I easily adapt to change; works well under pressure with a positive attitude and I am detail-oriented. I go beyond the call of duty by seeking out and following up on additional responsibilities, and contributes frequently to department meetings. But challenges I always encounter are numerous reports online from customers who have complained about difficulties in cancelling accounts and continuing to be billed after cancellation as that one is beyond my control but IT department after escalating payment.

Computer literacy and administrative work experience

I m an experience warehousing person and perform good on duty.Quick learner and ability to do multiple tasks.complete my tasks on record time given to avoid deadline time.And for hiring person like me you will never disappointed cause your company is going to benefits and also myself on the work I m going to do.

Not Being Treated Fairly

Working under intense pressure is nothing new to me but treating staff with respect and dignity is a must unfortunately I had to resign because of the I'll treatment of staff

Career growth

Its a huge competitive business that keeps you on your toes. Too Many levels of input and approvals makes getting work done complicated. Too many heads not enough autonomy amongst workers.

I am driven and motivated and conduck myself in a professional manner at all times. i perform well individually and in a team. i am hard working and a fast learner.i have been working in various and different enviroments. i am currently employed as a sales consultant at Vodacom 4u loch logan Bloemfontein.

Pros: Great opportunity to learn customer skills and the getting to know the Vodacom data base
Cons: Long working houers, owner was not a big help when the customers was angry.
