Excellent learning curve
Its a very nice company with great stafg attending to problems technicaly related.Many clients come in everyday buying phones or doing upgrades.I learned alot about dealing with customers with different problems.The best part of the job is assisting customers and to see them leave happy.most challenging aspect is dealing with difficult customers that want your assistance but know better and want to tell you how to do your jon

Vodacom Marketing Specialist For Wholesale and Emerging markets
I work in a retail marketing environment ,where chasing deadlines is the order of the day.The main objective is month end insuring that all Point of sale is instores on time every month.My job also includes ensuring that we create generic materials that will speak to our customer target market. I have learnt that understanding your target market is key to selling your product and creating brand identity in the market and the mind of the consumer. Marketing for me as always been connecting a chain ,I am the middle man between the manufacturing stage and the end of the consumer journey ,luckily for me I have been exposed to different markets in a different country and that has given me different views on perception and consumer decison making. Working for this company has taught me that money never sleeps ,we may have a forced shut-down ,but we need to ensure that stores are well dressed and through marketing we need to help the sales team by increasing sales and connections.
Pros: Exposure to how diffrerent teams in the organisations work to meet the same objective as we do.
Cons: Lots of signtures needed before somethung can be implimented

Excellent working experience
My role as Internal Communications Manager has allowed me to engage and vacillate across the band levels. I've worked and engaged with lower level staff right through to executive level. I've interviewed the CEO, Exco members, former public protector Adv. Thuli Madonsela and general staff. These interviews have been for various objectives, whether they are for event purposes or simple communication on any company/product related messaging. I've also had the opportunity to create a monthly column for staff that forms part of our internal communication deliverables. Events are another communication and engagement tool which has allowed me to not only fulfil our primary objectives but have used my creativity to execute memorable and note worthy events. My relationship with co-workers is evident in feedback they provide to me. The stakeholder feedback is available upon request.

I manage to cover all task that are related to marketing management I enjoy communication My relationship with my colleques is perfect The challenges that I have overcome is to have customers that are not easily convinced and that have anger while they don't want to listen.

Good learning experience
it is my duty to work with customers on a daily basis providing good service at all times. I have a very good relationship with my co-workers and we work very well in assisting each other where either one of us may fall short. I have learnt many different skills from time management, organisational skills, marketing, self discipline, computer skills, accuracy. I enjoy most about my job working with different people daily.

Customer expirence or care makes a sale.
I am a determined professional, always willing to learn new things, ready to take on challenges and therefore I think that this position can build my career prospects. Good sales are not only good results but to achieve a good sale its important to understanding the client’s underlying needs not just wants to develop a long term relationship and not merely achieve a short term gain

Great company great perks. Leaders listen to your people
find that its extremely important to model behaviour that is exudes moral values.Whilst my previous employer thrives on policies of code of conduct the policies however fails the subordinates when misconduct comes from leaders. My relationship with co workers has always been one of nurturing and guidance
