I've gained experience in HR Administration and recruitment as well as commercial duties.
It is an excellent company which offers it's employees a lot of learning opportunities. Most opportunities are available in bigger cities though, as an individual l would also like to grow in depth as a manager.
Pros: All employees are required and expected to abide by the company’s policies and procedures at all times
Cons: Fair retail working hours

I am very didicated
I am a very hard working and dedicated person.Since 2013 I have managed to study and work every year and I am successfull in both.I managed 3 promotions in the last 4 years and I optained my N6 Financial Management Certivicate studying full time while working fulltime.I am currently doing a higher certivicate in ABET training (NQF 5). My personal targets is to be successfull in everything I do and to never stop learning. I work in a team of 15 people and our aim is to always make the workplace feel like home. The best part of my day at work is when we on brake. We all sit together and put money together to buy cooldrinks and combine our food and share with the team mates that do not have. The most challenging part of my job is working with older people.I am the youngest Admin in my department and when I have to order the elders to do work they feel intimidated.
Pros: Flexible hours to balance out my life, benifits like transport meals and protective clothes.
Cons: Working Weekends
