Good learning curve about retail
I have a lot a working at Woolworths though am looking for a better paying job and a job that can allow me to express myself or my views .and where am able to grow.I have learned a lot about retail policies n all they do.I had a great relationship with my co-workers we have together in everything n would be each other's shoulders when one needed one the team work was on point.

Its a learning curve
AS till operator I have the responsibility of being extra careful as at this point we deal with money so his is where you have to be extra attentive. Other wise we also deal with people directly so I have the responsibility of making sure that our costumers are welcomed and important as they are who we are here to serve so its up to me to see that when I greet them they feel the difference in my service. And with my sense of humor I find it so easy to do my job. Al-thou as we serve different characters U'll find some who turn to be difficult due to their own egos.
Pros: If you work hard enough the is a possibility for a promotion to being a PPC

Learning everyday
I enjoy explaining a product to our customer and running office dutice by holding meeting weekly in order to know and be aware of what is happening on our company, answering of telephone and making xoo that a client work out with a smile, listening to what i have been taught and going extra mile for business in order to reach a target given

Excellent learning curve
I loved working for Woolworths because it was an excellent learning curve, management gave us opportunity to grow in the company trainings were available to everyone. Relationship between management and employees was excellent because every now and again we would have one on one's with our managers just to know each and build a career path, I loved my job especially because we worked under pressure, I work well under pressure
Pros: benefits, great learning curve, they offered trainings in any career expect, the company offered bursaries
Cons: long hours, night shift, less salary

Fast learner
Am hard worker who work well under pressure and pay attention to details all the times. I like to groom people because am somebody who like to see people grow and always

Great learning curve
No support structure for new people . But great support structure for people in the company. But excellent learning curve what I've learnt there has equiped me memtaly and physically for any future adventures

Learning
Well working at Woolworths is amazing ,people often say ,if you love what you do ,you will never work a day inyour life . 1. Typical work day is interacting with thousands of people,making sales and growing the brand . 2.Relationship with co workers are great ,I get along with everybody because its worth going to work and interacting with them! 3. Patients 4.Meeting new people 5. Acknowleding people who work hard

Great workin environment
Great working environment.there is co-operation towards us and management.we are able to have a say in certain decisions they make.team work is the most important that i have learnt.i believe the is nothing i can't do that is why i enjoy my job daily and i do it effetiantly.
