Good learning curve its a hard road
With Woolworths you are sometimes treated unfairly Recent activity i asked my manager to sign a transfer letter of mine and till today he did not do it Working day in Woolworths requires lots of energy due to the fact that customers are at high demands for what they want I do not get too friendly with co workers because it could be bad for the working environment some cases it's good What I enjoy most it is letting a customer leave with a smile So they can leave saying I'll definitely come back for more Most challenging thing in Woolworths is growing
Pros: Long process for growth but it is very rear
Cons: 38 to 40 hours a week sometimes less

Good experience
It is a good company, relationship between staff and management is not good enough, What I've learn is that if your are not competent or loyal you get more support from the staff and on development the company is good and they cater for the staff.
Pros: Good for development
Cons: Long working hours

Excellent learning curve
I loved working for Woolworths and embrasure their organisational culture. Just a pity that most employees don't live the brand. For the time I've worked for the company I've learnt a lot through regular in house training sessions. What I enjoyed mist was coaching and mentoring my staff. The best feeling ever is do see those you have taken under your wings, growing and moving forward and ultimately achieving the goals they have set for themselves. Even though I've left the company some of them still keeps in contact with me and it's so comforting knowing that they still value the time and effort that I gave them.
Pros: Great opportunity for promotion
Cons: Lo g working hours
